【摘要】：重慶萬達(dá)城展示中心作為展示城市形象的文化綜合體建筑,其建筑造型優(yōu)美,結(jié)構(gòu)組成復(fù)雜,且要求對(duì)建筑方案設(shè)計(jì)、結(jié)構(gòu)深化設(shè)計(jì)、工廠預(yù)制生產(chǎn)、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝施工的全過程進(jìn)行BIM一體化整合。以此項(xiàng)目為載體,敘述了BIM技術(shù)的以上應(yīng)用過程,包括改變溝通模式、數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)協(xié)同管理、構(gòu)件加工數(shù)控支撐等;運(yùn)用BIM技術(shù)全面提升了項(xiàng)目精細(xì)化管理水平,有效解決了加工制造、項(xiàng)目管理、采購(gòu)運(yùn)輸、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工等多方面協(xié)同管理問題。
[Abstract]:The Wanda City Exhibition Center of Chongqing, as a cultural complex building to display the image of the city, has a beautiful shape and complex structure. It also requires the design of the architectural scheme, the deepening of the structure design, the production of the factory prefabricated. The whole process of site installation and construction is integrated with BIM. This project is used as a carrier to describe the above application process of BIM technology, including changing communication mode, data platform cooperative management, component machining numerical control support and so on. The application of BIM technology can improve the level of project fine management and solve the problems of collaborative management in many aspects, such as manufacturing, project management, procurement and transportation, site construction and so on.
