【摘要】：金融干部培訓(xùn)是提升金融干部隊伍綜合素質(zhì)的有效途徑。開發(fā)對于培訓(xùn)工作具有應(yīng)用針對性的信息管理系統(tǒng),是提升培訓(xùn)工作管理水平的有效途徑。本文以河南某金融干部培訓(xùn)中心各項業(yè)務(wù)處理為研究背景,開發(fā)具有實際應(yīng)用價值的金融干部培訓(xùn)信息系統(tǒng)。全面分析了培訓(xùn)中心各項業(yè)務(wù)處理情況,明確了其信息化程度不足的具體表現(xiàn),總結(jié)歸納了各類用戶對于培訓(xùn)信息系統(tǒng)的功能需求。按照系統(tǒng)功能概要分析、詳細(xì)分析的順序,分析了培訓(xùn)信息系統(tǒng)所需具備的各項功能指標(biāo),形成了系統(tǒng)功能分析模型。按照系統(tǒng)使用者在培訓(xùn)業(yè)務(wù)中所發(fā)揮作用不同,劃分使用者為若干類型的參與者。構(gòu)建了參與者功能需求分析UML用例模型,全面描述了各類參與者的功能用例需求。按照系統(tǒng)功能模塊劃分,設(shè)計了各功能模塊對應(yīng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫概念結(jié)構(gòu)模型,并綜合得到數(shù)據(jù)庫總體概念模型。根據(jù)概念模型與表結(jié)構(gòu)模型之間的轉(zhuǎn)換規(guī)則,將概念模型轉(zhuǎn)換得到表結(jié)構(gòu)模型。在數(shù)據(jù)庫軟件平臺完成了數(shù)據(jù)庫表創(chuàng)建,并構(gòu)造了各數(shù)據(jù)庫表對應(yīng)的數(shù)據(jù)字典。以J2EE作為系統(tǒng)開發(fā)技術(shù)平臺,采用JSP、Servlet與JDBC技術(shù)搭建系統(tǒng)開發(fā)環(huán)境。按照MVC設(shè)計模式,將軟件系統(tǒng)劃分為View、Control和DAO的三層結(jié)構(gòu)模型。詳細(xì)設(shè)計了系統(tǒng)各項功能,構(gòu)建了業(yè)務(wù)類圖模型和時序模型。按照功能詳細(xì)設(shè)計方案,構(gòu)造了應(yīng)用程序代碼和系統(tǒng)功能界面。設(shè)計了系統(tǒng)測試方案,全面檢測了系統(tǒng)各項指標(biāo)與預(yù)期之間的差異。本文所開發(fā)的金融干部培訓(xùn)信息系統(tǒng)達(dá)到了設(shè)計目標(biāo),能夠滿足培訓(xùn)中心日常業(yè)務(wù)處理的需求,有效提升了培訓(xùn)中心信息化水平。
[Abstract]:Financial Cadre Training is an effective way to improve the comprehensive quality of financial cadres. The development of applications for the information management system for the training work, is an effective way to improve the management level of the training work. This paper takes the Henan financial training center of the business process as the research background, the training of cadres of financial information system development has practical application value. A comprehensive analysis of the training center of the business process, the specific performance of the lack of clear information, summarizes the various user demands for training information system. According to the system function summary analysis, detailed analysis of the sequence analysis, the function indicators required training information system, forming a system function analysis model according to the different users of the system. The role played in the training business, users divided into several types of participants. To construct the UML use case model analysis of participant functional requirements, a comprehensive description of the use case needs of various participants. According to the system function modules, design of database conceptual structure model of each function module of the corresponding, and the overall concept of database model. According to the conversion between the conceptual model and table structure model rules, conceptual model transformation the table structure in the database model. The software platform has completed the database table to create, and construct the corresponding database table data dictionary. Using J2EE as a development platform, using JSP system, build system development environment Servlet and JDBC technology. According to the MVC design pattern, the software system is divided into View, Control and DAO three layer structure model the detailed design of the system function, to construct the business class model and time series model. According to the function of the detailed design, construction application Code and function interface of the system. The design of the system test plan, comprehensive detection of differences between the system and the indexes of the expected financial information. The cadre training system developed in this paper has achieved the goal of design, can meet the demand of the training center of the daily operation, effectively increasing the level of information and training center.
