基于專利數(shù)據(jù)的技術(shù)熱點(diǎn)發(fā)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化程度的不斷加深,科技創(chuàng)新也呈現(xiàn)了全球化的趨勢(shì)。專利文獻(xiàn)作為一種特殊的科技文獻(xiàn),除了具備其它科技文獻(xiàn)的基本特征之外,還具有法律規(guī)范性、全面深度性、時(shí)間連續(xù)性和技術(shù)預(yù)測(cè)性等特征,是科技創(chuàng)新主體(企業(yè)、高校、研究機(jī)構(gòu)等)首選的技術(shù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情報(bào)源。研究人員通過(guò)把專利文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行采集、清洗和結(jié)構(gòu)化處理之后,對(duì)其數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行深度挖掘與分析,不僅僅能夠得到相關(guān)技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,還能發(fā)現(xiàn)相關(guān)技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)和對(duì)其發(fā)展方向進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)。目前國(guó)內(nèi)外也出現(xiàn)了不少關(guān)于專利文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)處理的軟件或者系統(tǒng),但是大多數(shù)是對(duì)專利數(shù)據(jù)的采集、管理和簡(jiǎn)單的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,而對(duì)專利數(shù)據(jù)單一主題性分析方面缺乏較突出的軟件系統(tǒng)。對(duì)于研究人員特別是非專業(yè)人士進(jìn)行有目的的分析時(shí)存在著很多不便。本文實(shí)現(xiàn)的“基于專利數(shù)據(jù)的技術(shù)熱點(diǎn)發(fā)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)”主要是為研究人員提供通過(guò)專利數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行技術(shù)熱點(diǎn)發(fā)現(xiàn)的功能。之所以能夠得出具有說(shuō)服力的分析結(jié)果,是因?yàn)橛脩敉ㄟ^(guò)本系統(tǒng)可以輕松獲得某一技術(shù)領(lǐng)域?qū)@麛?shù)據(jù)的主題詞及相關(guān)研究趨勢(shì)、關(guān)聯(lián)詞關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)、技術(shù)熱點(diǎn)熱力地圖、相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)和相關(guān)學(xué)者、主題詞中圖分類趨勢(shì)、主題詞趨勢(shì)預(yù)測(cè)曲線、熱點(diǎn)主題詞地理分布、主題詞分類研究等維度的可視化展示,并可以生成和下載分析報(bào)告,從而有效得出技術(shù)熱點(diǎn)并進(jìn)行相關(guān)預(yù)測(cè),即使是非專業(yè)人士也能很快掌握使用方法并得到想要的分析結(jié)果。在該系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)過(guò)程中,系統(tǒng)框架采用了易于擴(kuò)展的B/S結(jié)構(gòu),開發(fā)模型采用的是快速原型模型,數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)選擇的是體積小、成本低的MySQL關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),可視化展示采用了效果炫麗、性能優(yōu)良的百度ECharts平臺(tái)和HighCharts組件。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of economy, science and technology innovation also showed the trend of globalization. The patent literature as a special literature of science and technology, in addition to the basic features with other literature of science and technology, but also has the legal norms, the full depth of continuity and prediction of characteristics of time, is the mainstay of technological innovation (enterprise. Universities, research institutions and other sources of Competitive Technical Intelligence) preferred. Researchers through the patent documents were collected after cleaning and structured processing, mining and analysis of the depth data, not only can get the current situation of the development of related technology, can find hot research related technical field and to predict its development direction. At present there are a lot of patent data processing software or system, but most of the patent data collection, management and simple Statistical analysis of patent data of single subject analysis lack of software system more prominent. For researchers especially non professionals for the purpose of analysis has a lot of inconvenience. The implementation of the "hot technology based on patent data discovery system is mainly to provide hot technology discovery function through patent data the researchers were able to obtain analytical results. Persuasive, because users of the system can easily obtain the trend of key words of a technical field of patent data and related research, word association network, technical hot thermal map, relevant institutions and relevant scholars, classification trend of theme words, topic words trend curve prediction the geographical distribution, subject focus, visual display theme words research dimension, and can generate and download from the analysis report, and effective The hot technology and related forecasts, even non professionals can quickly master the use of methods and results to. In the system development process, system framework using B/S structure can be easily extended, the development model is used in rapid prototyping model, select the database management system is small in size, MySQL the relationship between the database and the low cost, the visual display of dazzling effects, the excellent performance of the Baidu ECharts platform and HighCharts component.
