【摘要】：隨著檔案在以社交媒體為代表的微傳播媒介的應(yīng)用,一種新的傳播方式——檔案信息微傳播應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。由于信息傳播技術(shù)、傳播者的信息素養(yǎng)以及自媒體的影響,檔案信息微傳播逐漸成為檔案界檔案信息傳播交流的重要渠道。本文認(rèn)為貫穿檔案信息微傳播的過程,檔案信息的傳播者應(yīng)該從根據(jù)現(xiàn)實(shí)條件、自身情況,充分樹立包括媒介選擇理念、媒體人理念、個性服務(wù)理念、互動交流理念、產(chǎn)品營銷理念、虛擬公關(guān)理念來指導(dǎo)檔案信息微傳播工作。檔案信息微傳播在傳播結(jié)構(gòu)上,主要有檔案信息、傳播者、微媒介、用戶、反饋渠道五個要素構(gòu)成。與大眾傳播相比,構(gòu)成檔案信息微傳播結(jié)構(gòu)的五個要素不同程度地發(fā)生了微妙的變化。如檔案信息主要是指廣義的檔案信息;傳播者由傳統(tǒng)檔案機(jī)構(gòu)——檔案局館、檔案雜志社,擴(kuò)展到高校、企業(yè)檔案機(jī)構(gòu)、檔案中介服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)和個人;傳播媒介的變化更為明顯,微傳播主要依靠的是微媒介,如各種社交媒體和客戶端,如微博、微信、Facebook、Flicker或者檔案APP等;用戶也基本上限定在具有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息素養(yǎng)的用戶;最后,在反饋渠道中,檔案微傳播相對于大眾傳播具有更加多樣、高效的傳播渠道。正是由于以上這些變化,才使得檔案信息微傳播適應(yīng)了社會發(fā)展的需求,因而具有旺盛的生命力。社交媒體的人際傳播模式,奠定了檔案信息微傳播的傳播模式。在社交媒體環(huán)境中,人際關(guān)系由傳統(tǒng)的地緣人際關(guān)系轉(zhuǎn)化升級為網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際關(guān)系。檔案信息微傳播的傳播模式也就是由傳統(tǒng)的大眾傳播模式轉(zhuǎn)化為網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際傳播模式。檔案信息微傳播運(yùn)營時,可根據(jù)主體自身情況選擇自主運(yùn)營、外包運(yùn)營或聯(lián)合運(yùn)營模式。傳播主體還應(yīng)重點(diǎn)從組織建設(shè)、資源建設(shè)、運(yùn)維、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)避四個方面展開工作。
[Abstract]:With the application of archives in micromedia represented by social media, a new mode of communication-archival information microcommunication emerges as the times require. As a result of information communication technology, the information literacy of communicators and the influence of self-media. Microcommunication of archival information has gradually become an important channel for the communication of archival information in archival circles. This paper holds that through the process of microcommunication of archival information, the disseminator of archival information should start from the actual conditions, their own situation, Fully establish the concept of media selection, media people, personal service, interactive communication, product marketing, virtual public relations to guide the micro-communication of archival information. There are five main elements: archival information, communicator, micromedia, user and feedback channel. Compared with mass communication, The five elements that constitute the micro-communication structure of archival information have undergone subtle changes in varying degrees. For example, archival information mainly refers to the broad sense of archival information, and the communicators have been extended from the traditional archival organization, the Archives Office, the Archives Magazine, to universities, colleges and universities. The change of communication media is more obvious, such as social media and clients, such as Weibo, Facebook Flicker or file APP, etc. Users are also basically limited to users with Internet information literacy; finally, in feedback channels, file microcommunication is more diverse and efficient than mass communication. The microcommunication of archival information adapts to the needs of social development, so it has strong vitality. The interpersonal communication mode of social media has established the mode of microcommunication of archival information. The mode of microcommunication of archival information is transformed from the traditional mode of mass communication to the mode of interpersonal communication of network. The main body of communication should also focus on four aspects: organization construction, resource construction, operation and maintenance, and risk aversion.
