【摘要】:能源管理系統(tǒng)采用分層分布式系統(tǒng)體系結(jié)構(gòu),對(duì)建設(shè)的電力、燃?xì)、水等各分類能耗進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)采集、處理,并分析建設(shè)能耗狀況,實(shí)現(xiàn)建設(shè)節(jié)能應(yīng)用等。通過(guò)能源計(jì)劃,能源監(jiān)控,能源統(tǒng)計(jì),能源消費(fèi)分析,重點(diǎn)能耗設(shè)備管理,能源計(jì)量設(shè)備管理、設(shè)備效能監(jiān)控等多種手段,使企業(yè)管理者對(duì)企業(yè)的能源成本比重,發(fā)展趨勢(shì)有準(zhǔn)確的掌握,并將企業(yè)的能源消費(fèi)計(jì)劃任務(wù)分解到各個(gè)生產(chǎn)部門車間,使節(jié)能工作責(zé)任明確,促進(jìn)企業(yè)健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。作為中車重要生產(chǎn)單位,采用本系統(tǒng)不僅對(duì)能源的統(tǒng)一調(diào)度、優(yōu)化煤氣平衡、減少煤氣排放、提高環(huán)保質(zhì)量、降低能耗和提高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率有重要作用,而且對(duì)于事故預(yù)案的制定和執(zhí)行、事故原因的快速分析和及時(shí)判斷處理、能源供需的合理調(diào)整和平衡以及在客觀信息基礎(chǔ)上的能源實(shí)績(jī)分析、能源計(jì)劃編制、能源質(zhì)量管理、能源系統(tǒng)的預(yù)測(cè)等都是十分有效的。
[Abstract]:The energy management system adopts a hierarchical and distributed system structure to collect, process and analyze the energy consumption status of the construction, such as power, gas, water and so on. Energy monitoring, energy statistics, energy consumption analysis, key energy consumption equipment management, energy metering equipment management, equipment efficiency monitoring, and other means enable enterprise managers to have an accurate grasp of the proportion and development trend of energy costs of enterprises. The task of energy consumption plan of the enterprise is decomposed to the workshop of each production department to make the responsibility of energy saving work clear and promote the healthy and stable development of the enterprise. As an important production unit of the car, the system is adopted not only to unify the energy scheduling, Optimization of gas balance, reduction of gas emissions, improvement of environmental protection quality, reduction of energy consumption and improvement of labor productivity play an important role. The reasonable adjustment and balance of energy supply and demand and the analysis of energy performance based on objective information, energy planning, energy quality management and energy system prediction are very effective.
