【摘要】：[目的 /意義]目前我國(guó)政府開放數(shù)據(jù)面臨數(shù)據(jù)開放規(guī)模小、應(yīng)用價(jià)值難以體現(xiàn)等應(yīng)用管理問題。只有集中解決開放什么樣的數(shù)據(jù),能產(chǎn)生什么樣的價(jià)值的核心驅(qū)動(dòng)力,才能有效破解數(shù)據(jù)資源在各委辦局中條塊分割,開放意愿不足的根本問題。本文的研究目標(biāo)旨在構(gòu)建政府開放數(shù)據(jù)的應(yīng)用分析模型。[方法 /過程]本研究將政府開放數(shù)據(jù)集、政府開放數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用案例以及其復(fù)雜的處理邏輯,解耦在資源域與模型域,形成模型4個(gè)維度上的"要素點(diǎn)"以及模型各維度間的映射關(guān)系("結(jié)構(gòu)線"),將這些"點(diǎn)"和"線"組成模型行為表;并通過一個(gè)可連動(dòng)收割的數(shù)學(xué)模型構(gòu)建模型動(dòng)態(tài)發(fā)現(xiàn)機(jī)制。[結(jié)果 /結(jié)論]最終構(gòu)建政府開放數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用分析模型,并歸納模型在應(yīng)用中主要的應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景類型,以及由應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景組成的應(yīng)用路徑結(jié)構(gòu),解決模型在具體應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景下的應(yīng)用實(shí)現(xiàn)問題。
[Abstract]:[purpose / significance] at present, our government is faced with the problems of application management, such as the small scale of data opening and the difficulty in embodying the application value. Only by focusing on what kind of open data can we produce the core driving force of what kind of value can be generated? The purpose of this paper is to construct an application analysis model of government open data. [method / process] this study will open the data set of government. Government open data application cases and their complex processing logic are decoupled in resource domain and model domain. Forming the "element points" on the four dimensions of the model and the mapping relationship between the various dimensions of the model ("structural line"), forming these "points" and "lines" into the behavior table of the model; The dynamic discovery mechanism of the model is constructed through a mathematical model of continuous harvesting. [results / conclusions] finally, the analysis model of government open data application is constructed, and the main application scenarios of the model are summarized. And the application path structure composed of the application scene to solve the problem of the application implementation of the model in the specific application scenario.
