【摘要】：工業(yè)日志系統(tǒng)一直以來是工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中監(jiān)控生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)運行狀況的重要數(shù)據(jù)來源,但是在工業(yè)4.0進程中逐漸顯現(xiàn)出其性能瓶頸。本文利用分布式數(shù)據(jù)庫,分布式文件系統(tǒng),異步網(wǎng)絡I/O,負載均衡技術,JVM,開源框架等技術解決傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)日志系統(tǒng)模型不斷出現(xiàn)的性能瓶頸問題,將這些先進的計算機技術和開源框架融入工業(yè)日志系統(tǒng)的設計中,進一步提升傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)日志系統(tǒng)的吞吐量,可靠性和安全性。本文采用自頂向下的設計方式,首先闡述了系統(tǒng)用到的主要技術,然后詳細闡述系統(tǒng)前端,服務端,HBase數(shù)據(jù)庫和系統(tǒng)測試的設計與實現(xiàn)。在前端和服務端的設計與實現(xiàn)過程中融合了開源框架和系統(tǒng)專用的應用架構(gòu),既保證了系統(tǒng)的性能,同時也在一定程度上繼承了開源框架的高性能和高穩(wěn)定性。在分布式數(shù)據(jù)庫HBase和Hadoop分布式文件系統(tǒng)的設計與實現(xiàn)過程中,充分利用了緩存技術使系統(tǒng)的整體性能得到了很大的提升。通過單元測試的設計和實現(xiàn)保證了系統(tǒng)的每個模塊的代碼完全獨立的完成相應的功能并且保證了系統(tǒng)可以持續(xù)集成性,性能測試的設計和結(jié)果保證了系統(tǒng)在一定請求壓力下的可用性和可靠性。
[Abstract]:The industrial log system has always been an important data source to monitor the running status of the production system in industrial production, but its performance bottleneck has gradually appeared in the process of industry 4.0. This paper uses distributed database, distributed file system, Asynchronous network I / O, load balancing technology JVM, open source framework and other technologies to solve the traditional industry log system model emerging performance bottlenecks, these advanced computer technology and open source framework into the design of the industry log system. To further improve the throughput, reliability and security of the traditional industry log system. This paper uses a top-down design method, first describes the main technologies used in the system, and then describes the system front end in detail. The design and implementation of HBase database and system testing on server side. In the process of design and implementation of front-end and server-side, the open source framework and system-specific application architecture are combined, which ensures the performance of the system. At the same time, it also inherits the high performance and stability of open source framework to some extent. In the process of designing and implementing distributed database HBase and Hadoop distributed file system, The overall performance of the system has been greatly improved by making full use of cache technology. Through the design and implementation of unit testing, the code of each module of the system is guaranteed to complete the corresponding function completely independently and to ensure the system. Sustainable integration, The design and results of the performance test ensure the availability and reliability of the system under certain request pressure.
