摘要：

為實(shí)現(xiàn)面向能力的人才培養(yǎng)，在CDIO工程教育理論的指導(dǎo)下，從《軟件工程》的工程性特點(diǎn)著手，討論如何全面實(shí)施CDIO人才培養(yǎng)理念，以CDIO能力培養(yǎng)大綱為依據(jù)，以CDIO的人才培養(yǎng)模式指導(dǎo)課程建設(shè)，建立理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合，多維度、立體化的《軟件工程》課程內(nèi)容體系，為培養(yǎng)具有國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的軟件工程師奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。

Abstract： 

To achieve talent cultivation of ability oriented, discusses how to fully implement CDIO concept of talent training starting from the physi-cal characteristics of software engineering under the guidance of the CDIO engineering education theory. Establishes a combination of theory and practice, multi-dimensional, three-dimensional system of Software Engineering curriculum content based on CDIO ability training syllabus, instructed by the personnel training mode of CDIO course construction, lays a solid foundation to cultivate international-ly competitive software engineer.
