【摘要】:EDI,全稱Electronic Data Interchange,譯名:電子數(shù)據(jù)交換。它是由國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化組織(ISO)推出使用的國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn),它是指一種為商業(yè)或行政事務(wù)處理,按照一個(gè)公認(rèn)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),形成結(jié)構(gòu)化的事務(wù)處理或消息報(bào)文格式,從計(jì)算機(jī)到計(jì)算機(jī)的電子傳輸方法。例如,汽車(chē)零部件行業(yè)中的長(zhǎng)期預(yù)測(cè)、要貨計(jì)劃、發(fā)貨通知等數(shù)據(jù)的交換。汽車(chē)主機(jī)廠要求配套廠提供供應(yīng)商管理倉(cāng)庫(kù)(VMI),能夠根據(jù)需要按時(shí)、按量、按質(zhì)地生產(chǎn)和供貨。這就需要汽車(chē)零部件企業(yè)能夠及時(shí)響應(yīng)主機(jī)廠的需求變化而調(diào)整自己的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃,同時(shí)精確地分析庫(kù)存、產(chǎn)能、供貨等諸多環(huán)節(jié),科學(xué)地安排出廠物流管理、原料供應(yīng)、車(chē)間生產(chǎn)管理一系列的整體計(jì)劃,并且適應(yīng)計(jì)劃的頻繁變化,從而有效合理地利用資源、改善計(jì)劃、壓縮庫(kù)存。EDI系統(tǒng)作為主廠機(jī)、汽車(chē)零部件廠商、下游原材供應(yīng)商數(shù)據(jù)交換的紐帶與橋梁,是實(shí)現(xiàn)按訂單生產(chǎn)(OTD)模式的信息系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)交換架構(gòu),很好地解決了制造信息與定單信息的協(xié)同。EDI系統(tǒng)在全球汽車(chē)零部件行業(yè)得到了普遍應(yīng)用。本論文以實(shí)際的汽車(chē)零部件行業(yè)EDI信息系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)為背景,采用大量的實(shí)例和截圖,對(duì)EDI系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)進(jìn)行了深入的分析和研究,介紹了EDI相關(guān)的理論知識(shí),對(duì)EDI系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)、傳輸方式、映射轉(zhuǎn)換、與SAP(全球知名ERP系統(tǒng)軟件品牌)-ERP((Enterprise Resource Planning,企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃系統(tǒng))系統(tǒng)接口技術(shù)進(jìn)行了探討,然后著重研究了EDI系統(tǒng)的傳輸協(xié)議、數(shù)據(jù)映射(MAPPING)、訂單處理流程。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電子數(shù)據(jù)交換可用于兩個(gè)以實(shí)施信息系統(tǒng)的企業(yè)之間。針對(duì)本項(xiàng)目的某集團(tuán)公司,公司組織范圍方面,旗下有15家國(guó)內(nèi)參股子公司,國(guó)內(nèi)外有四家控股子公司;物流方面,既有公路運(yùn)輸,也有海運(yùn);倉(cāng)庫(kù)方面,有80余家國(guó)內(nèi)倉(cāng)庫(kù)分布在全國(guó)各地,主機(jī)廠附近,還有20余家國(guó)外異地倉(cāng)庫(kù),分布在國(guó)外主機(jī)廠附近;物流、信息流均存在多種方式,多種流向,物流既有成員廠直接發(fā)往異地倉(cāng)庫(kù),也有成員廠發(fā)往集團(tuán)總部,再統(tǒng)一裝箱發(fā)往海外。如此大量的數(shù)據(jù)和復(fù)雜的組織架構(gòu)和業(yè)務(wù)模式,在國(guó)內(nèi)外汽車(chē)零部件行業(yè),尚不多見(jiàn),對(duì)EDI系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施,存在較大的挑戰(zhàn)和困難。本項(xiàng)目研究通過(guò)IBM STERLING開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)了國(guó)外典型主機(jī)廠相關(guān)EDI的傳輸設(shè)置、定單MAPPING,通過(guò)JAVA程序開(kāi)發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn)了定單業(yè)務(wù)流程處理與門(mén)戶展示;通過(guò)JCO與RFC接口技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了與SAP系統(tǒng)的無(wú)縫集成,之后對(duì)EDI系統(tǒng)的安全架構(gòu)進(jìn)行了理論研究。通過(guò)這些研究與實(shí)踐,為國(guó)內(nèi)汽車(chē)零部件企業(yè)實(shí)施EDI系統(tǒng)提供了比較先進(jìn)的,切實(shí)可行的EDI系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)方案。對(duì)提高企業(yè)的管理水平,優(yōu)化業(yè)務(wù)流程,實(shí)現(xiàn)精益生產(chǎn)與物流管理,適應(yīng)未來(lái)企業(yè)發(fā)展和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)具有很高的參考價(jià)值。其中一些經(jīng)驗(yàn)與技術(shù)適應(yīng)于國(guó)內(nèi)一些正在實(shí)施EDI的汽車(chē)零部件企業(yè)。
[Abstract]:EDI, Electronic Data Interchange, is an international standard introduced by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). It refers to an accepted standard for business or administrative transactions. Form structured transaction processing or message formats for electronic transmission from computer to computer. This requires auto parts enterprises to adjust their production plans in a timely manner in response to changes in the demand of mainframe factories, and at the same time accurately analyze inventory, capacity, supply and many other links. Scientifically arrange a series of overall plans for factory logistics management, raw material supply, workshop production management, and adapt to frequent changes in the plan, so as to effectively and reasonably utilize resources, improve the plan, and compress the inventory. EDI system as the main plant machine. The link and bridge of data exchange between automobile parts manufacturer and downstream raw material supplier is the data base and standard exchange framework of information system based on OTD mode. The collaborative. EDI system of manufacturing information and order information has been widely used in the global auto parts industry. In this paper, a large number of examples and screenshots are used in the background of the construction of EDI information system in the actual automobile parts industry. In this paper, the technology of EDI system is analyzed and studied in depth, and the theory knowledge of EDI is introduced. The architecture, transmission mode, mapping transformation of EDI system are introduced. This paper discusses the interface technology of SAP (world-famous ERP system software brand, Enterprise Resource Planning), and then focuses on the transmission protocol of EDI system. Data Mapping MAPPING.Standard Electronic data Interchange (EDI) can be used between two enterprises to implement the information system. There are four holding subsidiaries at home and abroad; logistics, both road transportation and sea transportation; and warehouses, more than 80 domestic warehouses are located throughout the country, near mainframe factories, and more than 20 foreign warehouses, Distributed in the vicinity of foreign mainframe factories; there are many ways and many directions of logistics and information flow. The logistics is not only sent directly by member factories to warehouses in other places, but also by member factories to the headquarters of the Group. Such a large amount of data and complex organizational structures and business models are still rare in the automotive parts industry at home and abroad, and the implementation of EDI systems is still rare. There are great challenges and difficulties. Through the IBM STERLING development platform, this project has realized the transmission setup of the typical host factory related EDI, the order MAPPING. through the JAVA program development, has realized the order order business process processing and the portal display; The seamless integration with SAP system is realized through the interface technology of JCO and RFC, and then the security architecture of EDI system is studied theoretically. Through these research and practice, it provides more advanced EDI system for domestic auto parts enterprises. A feasible EDI system implementation scheme. To improve the management level of enterprises, optimize business processes, achieve lean production and logistics management, It is of great reference value to adapt to the future enterprise development and market competition. Some of the experience and technology are suitable for some domestic auto parts enterprises which are implementing EDI.
