計(jì)算機(jī)輔助硅膠假體建模、分析與制作方法

【摘要】:為研究計(jì)算機(jī)輔助硅膠假體制作方法,以雙組分硅橡膠為研究對(duì)象,參照人體用硅膠假體幾何特征并根據(jù)普通小鼠乳房特性,綜合考慮溫度和材料屬性參數(shù),進(jìn)行計(jì)算機(jī)輔助3維建模和模具、假體溫度場(chǎng)數(shù)值模擬,分析假體表面實(shí)際受熱溫度與模具加熱溫度(以下簡(jiǎn)稱模溫)吻合情況;基于有限元分析方法,模擬假體模型受載狀況,從柔軟度和疲勞壽命2個(gè)方面探討假體模型在修復(fù)胸壁軟組織缺損中應(yīng)用的可行性;基于打印材料和制作工藝,分析假體制備試驗(yàn)可行性,然后采用3D打印技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)制備模具;綜合考慮粘膜效應(yīng)影響和交聯(lián)反應(yīng)效率,模溫分別取5、25、60℃,進(jìn)行硅膠假體制備實(shí)驗(yàn)。通過不同的硅膠與固化劑配比和模溫處理,比較不同配比和模溫對(duì)制備假體柔軟度、黏度和脫模耗時(shí)的影響;基于最小二乘曲線擬合原理,數(shù)據(jù)優(yōu)化分析,檢驗(yàn)回歸方程顯著性,確定配比與模溫。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,一定范圍內(nèi),配比對(duì)假體影響顯著,模溫對(duì)其影響甚微。當(dāng)硅膠與固化劑配比為10∶0.43,模溫為55℃時(shí),所得假體具有良好柔韌性等特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the method of making computer aided silica gel prosthesis, two-component silicone rubber was used as the research object, referring to the geometric characteristics of silicone gel prosthesis used in human body and according to the characteristics of common mouse breast, the temperature and material attribute parameters were considered synthetically. Computer aided 3D modeling and mold modeling, numerical simulation of the temperature field of the prosthesis are carried out to analyze the coincidence between the actual heating temperature of the surface of the prosthesis and the mold heating temperature (hereinafter referred to as the mold temperature), based on the finite element analysis method, The feasibility of applying prosthesis model in repairing soft tissue defect of chest wall was discussed from the aspects of softness and fatigue life, and the feasibility of prosthesis preparation test was analyzed based on printing materials and manufacturing process.
