乳制品質(zhì)量安全追溯應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:2008的“三聚氰胺”事件之后,國(guó)人開始越來(lái)越關(guān)注食品安全問題,特別是乳制品的安全問題。本文以乳制品行業(yè)為例,進(jìn)行乳制品質(zhì)量安全追溯應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)研究,系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)可以讓乳制品生產(chǎn)、加工的相關(guān)企業(yè)以及最終的用戶、監(jiān)管單位都能夠非常簡(jiǎn)單的查詢?nèi)橹破返纳a(chǎn)、加工流轉(zhuǎn)過程,不僅有利于督促乳制品生產(chǎn)、加工企業(yè)提高乳制品質(zhì)量,同時(shí)也有利于恢復(fù)消費(fèi)者對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)乳制品的信心。在研究過程中,首先,通過對(duì)目前國(guó)內(nèi)乳制品質(zhì)量安全追溯應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀分析,確定乳制品質(zhì)量安全追溯系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)目標(biāo),并從養(yǎng)殖戶、加工企業(yè)、銷售商和最終用戶四類用戶著手來(lái)分析系統(tǒng)所需要具備的具體功能,以及用戶對(duì)系統(tǒng)的非功能性需求;其次,針對(duì)系統(tǒng)的需求,采用B/S結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的建設(shè),滿足系統(tǒng)的共享需求,并通過對(duì)系統(tǒng)流程的分析,結(jié)合系統(tǒng)用例分析結(jié)果,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的功能結(jié)構(gòu)和系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)表結(jié)構(gòu)的建設(shè)進(jìn)行分析和設(shè)計(jì),從而為乳制品質(zhì)量安全追溯應(yīng)用功能系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)打好基礎(chǔ);最后,采用J2EE技術(shù)和RFID技術(shù)對(duì)乳制品質(zhì)量安全追溯系統(tǒng)中的原奶質(zhì)量管理子系統(tǒng)、乳制品加工管理子系統(tǒng)、乳制品銷售管理子系統(tǒng)和乳制品查詢刮粒子系統(tǒng)的具體實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行研究。并重點(diǎn)對(duì)乳制品查詢管理子系統(tǒng)各種的加工信息查詢、原奶信息查詢功能、銷售信息查詢功能和質(zhì)量反饋管理功能的具體實(shí)現(xiàn)流程和實(shí)現(xiàn)界面進(jìn)行研究。本文所研究的乳制品質(zhì)量安全追溯應(yīng)用系統(tǒng),采用UML技術(shù)來(lái)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的需求分析和系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)、功能流程和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的設(shè)計(jì),采用J2EE技術(shù)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的具體功能實(shí)現(xiàn),采用RFID技術(shù)來(lái)提高信息采集的效率。乳制品質(zhì)量安全追溯系統(tǒng)的建設(shè),實(shí)現(xiàn)了乳制品質(zhì)量安全信息的追溯和查詢,可以提高消費(fèi)者對(duì)乳制品質(zhì)量安全的信心,有利于國(guó)內(nèi)乳制品行業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:After the melamine incident in 2008, people began to pay more and more attention to food safety, especially the safety of dairy products. The construction of the system can enable dairy products production, processing related enterprises, end users and regulatory units to simply inquire about the dairy products production and processing flow process, which is not only conducive to supervising and urging dairy products production, Processing enterprises improve the quality of dairy products, but also help to restore consumers' confidence in domestic dairy products. In the research process, first of all, through the current domestic dairy products quality and safety traceability application system construction status analysis. To determine the construction goal of dairy product quality and safety traceability system, and to analyze the specific functions and non-functional requirements of the system from four categories of users: farmers, processing enterprises, marketers and end-users; Secondly, according to the demand of the system, the B / S structure is used to build the system to meet the sharing demand of the system, and through the analysis of the system flow, combined with the results of the system use case analysis, The function structure of the system and the construction of the database table structure of the system are analyzed and designed so as to lay a good foundation for the development of the functional system for tracing the quality and safety of dairy products. Using J2EE technology and RFID technology, the raw milk quality management subsystem, the dairy processing management subsystem, the dairy product processing management subsystem in the dairy product quality and safety traceability system are introduced. The realization of dairy marketing management subsystem and dairy product query and scraping system is studied, and the processing information query and original milk information query function of dairy product query management subsystem are emphasized. The specific realization flow and realization interface of sales information query function and quality feedback management function are studied. The dairy product quality and safety traceability application system studied in this paper adopts UML technology to carry on the demand analysis and system structure of the system. The design of function flow and database, the use of J2EE technology to achieve the specific functions of the system, the use of RFID technology to improve the efficiency of information collection, dairy product quality and safety traceability system construction, The tracing and querying of dairy product quality and safety information can improve consumers' confidence in dairy product quality and safety and benefit the further development of domestic dairy industry.
