基于暗通道先驗(yàn)的圖像去霧算法改進(jìn)

【摘要】:為了實(shí)現(xiàn)基于物理模型的圖像復(fù)原去霧算法,文中提出了一種改進(jìn)的基于暗通道先驗(yàn)的圖像去霧算法。介紹了霧天圖像退化模型和基于該霧天圖像退化模型的幾種去霧算法。詳細(xì)介紹了何愷明提出的基于暗通道先驗(yàn)的去霧算法,該算法在估計(jì)光線傳播圖時(shí)使用的基于導(dǎo)向?yàn)V波的軟摳圖非常耗時(shí),經(jīng)過改進(jìn),直接使用景深估計(jì)光線傳播圖,算法運(yùn)行時(shí)間大大減少。最后,使用MATLAB對(duì)改進(jìn)的去霧算法進(jìn)行仿真,并與原算法的運(yùn)行時(shí)間進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果顯示新方法對(duì)光線傳播圖的估計(jì)可靠,運(yùn)行時(shí)間對(duì)比改進(jìn)前大約下降60%,實(shí)時(shí)性大大提高。帶有天空的有霧圖像去霧后色斑和光暈大幅減少,取得了很好的效果。改進(jìn)的去霧算法運(yùn)行速度快、去霧效果好,新提出的光線傳播圖估計(jì)方法可靠,并且去霧過程中得到的光線傳播圖可以用于其他應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the image restoration and de-fogging algorithm based on physical model, In this paper, an improved image de-fogging algorithm based on dark channel priori is proposed. The image degradation model of fog sky and several de-fogging algorithms based on this model are introduced. He Kaiming's algorithm based on dark is introduced in detail. Channel priori de-fogging algorithm, The soft matting based on orientation filter used in the estimation of ray-propagation graph is very time-consuming. After improvement, the algorithm uses the depth of field directly to estimate the ray-propagating graph, and the running time of the algorithm is greatly reduced. Finally, The improved de-fogging algorithm is simulated by MATLAB and compared with the original algorithm. The results show that the new method is reliable in estimating the light propagation diagram. The running time is reduced by about 60% before the improvement, and the real time is greatly improved. The color spot and halo of the fog image with sky are greatly reduced, and the effect is very good. The improved de-fog algorithm runs fast and has good effect of removing fog. The new method is reliable and can be used in other applications.
