【摘要】：本文是國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃"全球變化及應(yīng)對(duì)"專項(xiàng)之"全球變化大數(shù)據(jù)的科學(xué)認(rèn)知與云共享平臺(tái)"項(xiàng)目介紹。針對(duì)中國(guó)全球變化數(shù)據(jù)"數(shù)據(jù)海量、信息缺乏、知識(shí)難覓"的困局,項(xiàng)目力圖通過聯(lián)合中國(guó)對(duì)地觀測(cè)領(lǐng)域、大氣科學(xué)領(lǐng)域、氣候變化研究領(lǐng)域的優(yōu)勢(shì)力量,建成具有中國(guó)特色的全球變化大數(shù)據(jù)共享平臺(tái),踐行破除信息數(shù)據(jù)"深藏閨中"的壁壘。該平臺(tái)將集大數(shù)據(jù)快速匯聚、大尺度產(chǎn)品快速生成、不確定性分析、大數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)的全球變化敏感因子認(rèn)知于一體,一方面為中國(guó)全球變化研究提供中國(guó)區(qū)域最好的全球變化大數(shù)據(jù)集,另一方面為在國(guó)際相關(guān)活動(dòng)中,掌握全球變化問題的主導(dǎo)權(quán),發(fā)出中國(guó)的倡議與聲音提供應(yīng)有的支持。
[Abstract]:This paper is an introduction to the national key R & D program, "Global change and response", big data's Scientific Cognition and Cloud sharing platform. In view of China's global change data, "data is huge and information is lacking," The project aims to build a global change big data sharing platform with Chinese characteristics by combining the advantages of China's Earth observation field, atmospheric science field, and climate change research field. The platform will integrate big data's rapid convergence, rapid production of large-scale products, uncertainty analysis and the perception of the sensitive factors of global change driven by big data. On the one hand, it provides the best global change big data in China for the study of global change in China; on the other hand, it provides the necessary support to master the leading power of global change in international activities and to issue China's initiative and voice.
