基于SSI改進(jìn)框架的售后服務(wù)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:售后服務(wù)是產(chǎn)品出售后為客戶提供的一種服務(wù)活動(dòng),一套完善的售后服務(wù)體系能提高產(chǎn)品的用戶滿意度,提升品牌影響力,是企業(yè)產(chǎn)品賴以生存的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力之一,因而加強(qiáng)售后服務(wù)質(zhì)量和效率顯得極其重要。實(shí)現(xiàn)售后服務(wù)的信息化和現(xiàn)代化,是信息技術(shù)和現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)所迫,也是售后服務(wù)與管理現(xiàn)代化的迫切需求。針對(duì)企業(yè)產(chǎn)品售后服務(wù)質(zhì)量差、效率低、管理混亂等問(wèn)題,通過(guò)對(duì)某企業(yè)售后服務(wù)的全方位需求調(diào)研,整合與規(guī)范相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)處理和審批流程,采用改進(jìn)后的SSI(Struts+Spring+Ibatis)融合框架構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),結(jié)合Java技術(shù)和MYSQL數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)。本文采用MVC(Model-View-Controller)軟件設(shè)計(jì)模式改進(jìn)SSI框架,在此基礎(chǔ)上,依照軟件開(kāi)發(fā)文檔,完成售后服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),研究?jī)?nèi)容包含七個(gè)部分:一是框架研究,包含MVC軟件設(shè)計(jì)模式、SSI框架,為框架改進(jìn)做好技術(shù)儲(chǔ)備;二是SSI框架改進(jìn),針對(duì)框架中存在的缺陷,采用MVC改進(jìn)其層次結(jié)構(gòu),加入接口層,為系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ);三是分析系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)需求,包括系統(tǒng)可行性分析、權(quán)限分析、功能需求、非功能性需求,為實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)功能和性能提供重要參考依據(jù);四是設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng),依據(jù)需求分析,進(jìn)行架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、功能設(shè)計(jì)、業(yè)務(wù)流程設(shè)計(jì),提高了開(kāi)發(fā)效率,縮短開(kāi)發(fā)周期;五是數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì),遵循設(shè)計(jì)原則和要點(diǎn),進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)模型設(shè)計(jì)、表間關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系以及表結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)冗余度低、獨(dú)立性強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn);六是系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn),完成權(quán)限分配,實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)源配置、系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)、業(yè)務(wù)功能和流程,全面提升系統(tǒng)性能;七是測(cè)試系統(tǒng),以測(cè)試原則為基準(zhǔn),采用黑盒和白盒測(cè)試方法設(shè)計(jì)測(cè)試用例,全方位地測(cè)試系統(tǒng)兼容性、性能、業(yè)務(wù)功能。本系統(tǒng)嚴(yán)格遵循可行性分析、需求描述、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)、軟件測(cè)試的軟件開(kāi)發(fā)生命周期進(jìn)行,實(shí)踐證明,該系統(tǒng)能有效地解決售后服務(wù)質(zhì)量差、效率低、管理混亂等問(wèn)題。有助于規(guī)范售后服務(wù)的日常工作,減少人力和物力,降低服務(wù)成本,實(shí)現(xiàn)售后服務(wù)管理的信息化和現(xiàn)代化;對(duì)提高售后服務(wù)的管理效率和水平,提升產(chǎn)品核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有很高的實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:After-sales service is a kind of service activity for the customer after the product is sold. A set of perfect after-sales service system can improve the customer satisfaction of the product, enhance the brand influence, and is one of the core competitiveness that the enterprise products depend on for survival. Therefore, it is extremely important to strengthen the quality and efficiency of after-sales service. To realize the information and modernization of after-sales service is the trend of the development of information technology and modernization. It is also an urgent need for the modernization of after-sales service and management. In view of the problems of poor after-sales service quality, low efficiency and confusion in management of enterprise products, through the investigation of the omni-directional demand for after-sales service of a certain enterprise, Integrating and standardizing the related business processing and approval process, using the improved SSI(Struts Spring satisfaction framework to construct the system architecture, combining the Java technology and MYSQL database technology to design and implement the system. This paper adopts the MVC Model-View-Controller-based software design pattern to improve the SSI framework. On this basis, according to the software development documents, complete the design and implementation of the after-sales service system, the research content includes seven parts: first, the framework research, including the MVC software design pattern and SSI framework, for the framework improvement to do a good job of technical reserves; The second is the improvement of SSI framework, aiming at the defects in the framework, MVC is adopted to improve its hierarchical structure and join the interface layer to lay a solid foundation for the system architecture design; third, to analyze the business requirements of the system, including system feasibility analysis, authority analysis, Functional requirements, non-functional requirements, for the realization of system functions and performance to provide an important reference; fourth, the design system, according to requirements analysis, architecture design, function design, business process design, improve the development efficiency, Shortening the development cycle; fifth, database design, following the design principles and key points, data model design, table relationship and table structure design, the realization of low data redundancy, strong independence and other characteristics; sixth, the implementation of the system, Complete the assignment of authority, implement data source configuration, system architecture, business function and process, improve system performance. Seventh, test system, using black box and white box test method to design test cases, take test principle as the benchmark, use black box and white box test method to design test cases, This system strictly follows the feasibility analysis, the requirement description, the system design, the system realization, the software development life cycle of the software test, the practice proves that, the system compatibility, the performance, the business function, this system strictly follows the feasibility analysis, the requirement description, the system design, the software development life cycle. The system can effectively solve the problems of poor after-sales service quality, low efficiency and confusion in management, which is helpful to standardize the daily work of after-sales service, reduce manpower and material resources, reduce service cost, and realize the information and modernization of after-sales service management. It has high practical value for improving the management efficiency and level of after-sales service and enhancing the core competitiveness of products.
