基于Android的MOA系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:移動辦公(MOA,Mobile Office Automation)可以幫助企業(yè)員工擺脫桌面辦公的束縛,讓企業(yè)工作人員可以自主選擇最佳的辦公地點和辦公方式開展工作。當(dāng)代新形勢下的辦公帶來了新的辦公方式,也給使得傳統(tǒng)的OA帶來了新的發(fā)展方向,OA辦公不再限制于固定的辦公場所,用戶通過移動終端就可以直接登錄系統(tǒng),進行在線辦公。本文中所討論的MOA系統(tǒng)基于開源的Android開發(fā)平臺,系統(tǒng)的主要功能包括:注冊/登錄、流程審批、工作匯報、外勤、任務(wù)、郵箱、文檔、公告中心、CRM、通知中心、企信、同事列表(類似通訊錄)等。在本課題中研究的主要內(nèi)容為:(1)分析Android手機平臺框架,研究MOA開發(fā)設(shè)計的相關(guān)技術(shù);(2)使用軟件工程的思想對MOA進行分析和設(shè)計;(3)實現(xiàn)基于Android手機平臺的MOA,并對其進行測試。論文中詳細介紹了Android系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)、主要組成部分和使用;對MOA系統(tǒng)進行了詳細的需求分析;并且進行了總體設(shè)計和詳細設(shè)計等軟件設(shè)計工作。最后實現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)的功能,并進行了真機測試。開發(fā)過程中使用UML建模語言、原型設(shè)計軟件Axure RPPro等工具進行系統(tǒng)需求分析建模,應(yīng)用Android Studio、IntelliJ IDEA等開發(fā)工具實現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)功能。通過展示基于Android的MOA系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計過程和思想,以及實現(xiàn)基本的功能,為企業(yè)提供一款移動辦公軟件。系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)有助于企業(yè)提高辦公效率,節(jié)約企業(yè)成本,方便員工辦公。在項目中涉及到當(dāng)前移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)領(lǐng)域比較熱門的IM(即時通訊)的開發(fā)研究,最終產(chǎn)品以客戶端的形式運行在Android手機上。系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)有利于人們提高工作效率,讓用戶得到更多的工作便利和協(xié)同創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:Mobile Office Office Automation can help employees to get rid of the shackles of desktop office, so that the staff can choose the best office location and the best way to work on their own. The office under the new situation has brought a new way of office. It also brings a new development direction to the traditional OA. The OA office is no longer restricted to the fixed office, and the user can log in the system directly through the mobile terminal. The MOA system discussed in this paper is based on the open source Android development platform. The main functions of the system include: registration / login, process approval, job report, field, task, mailbox, document, announcement center, notification center, etc. Enterprise letter, colleague list (similar to address book) etc. In this subject, the main content of the research is: 1) analyze the Android mobile phone platform framework, This paper studies the related technology of MOA development and design. It uses the idea of software engineering to analyze and design MOA. (3) the moa based on Android mobile platform is implemented and tested. In this paper, the architecture, main components and usage of Android system are introduced in detail. The requirements of MOA system are analyzed in detail, and the software design such as overall design and detailed design are carried out. Finally, the function of the system is realized, and the real computer test is carried out. The UML modeling language is used in the development process. The prototype design software Axure RPPro and other tools are used for system requirement analysis and modeling. The system functions are realized by using Android Studio IntelliJ IDEA. The design process and idea of MOA system based on Android are demonstrated, and the basic functions are realized. To provide a mobile office software for enterprises. The implementation of the system will help enterprises to improve office efficiency, save business costs, The project involves the research and development of Android (instant messaging), which is popular in the field of mobile Internet. The final product runs on the Android mobile phone in the form of client. The realization of the system is helpful to improve the working efficiency. Let users get more work convenience and collaborative innovation.
