【摘要】：在信息時代的今天,建筑施工總承包類項目管理的信息化道路不可避免,也是企業(yè)提高核心競爭力的手段和必然結(jié)果。對于施工總承包企業(yè)施工項目信息化管理,我國起步晚、發(fā)展較落后,研究和經(jīng)驗均滿足不了現(xiàn)實需要和國際的競爭市場。因此,這方面的研究對于有效地實施施工總承包項目信息化管理很有必要,站在提高企業(yè)效益的角度出發(fā)更是刻不容緩,意義重大。據(jù)此,本文圍繞中國施工總承包企業(yè)施工項目管理信息化作了幾下幾個方面的探討和研究:1、從問題研究的背景、目的和意義出發(fā),探討了國內(nèi)外研究的現(xiàn)狀和我國施工總承包企業(yè)的行業(yè)環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀。2、探討了存在的問題和解決問題的方法,介紹本文軟件開發(fā)所應(yīng)用的相關(guān)技術(shù),包括NET框架、ADO.NET數(shù)據(jù)訪問技術(shù)、ASP.NET技術(shù)、XML技術(shù)等相關(guān)技術(shù)要點。3、探討了目前我施工總承包企業(yè)項目管理信息化應(yīng)注意的問題并具體分析了所需要的管理系統(tǒng)的功能、性能、運行等方面內(nèi)容。4、進行管理信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計,分析系統(tǒng)的功能模塊。5、對本系統(tǒng)的詳細設(shè)計和數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計作分析介紹,既在需求分析之內(nèi),又可為日后系統(tǒng)的改進、修改留有空間,為實際操作系統(tǒng)提供參考。
[Abstract]:In the information age, the information road of construction general contracting project management is inevitable, which is also the means and inevitable result of improving the core competitiveness of enterprises. For the construction project information management of construction general contract enterprises, our country starts late. Development is relatively backward, research and experience can not meet the actual needs and international competition market. Therefore, this research is necessary for the effective implementation of general construction contract project information management. From the point of view of improving the efficiency of enterprises, it is urgent and of great significance. Accordingly, this paper discusses and studies several aspects of the informatization of construction project management in China's construction general contracting enterprises from the background of problem research. The purpose and significance of this paper are to discuss the present situation of domestic and international research and the present situation of the industry environment of construction general contracting enterprises in China. The existing problems and the methods to solve the problems are discussed, and the related technologies used in the software development of this paper are introduced. Including NET framework, ADO.NET data access technology, ASP. Net technology, XML technology and other related technical essentials. This paper discusses the problems that should be paid attention to in the project management information of our construction general contract enterprise, and analyzes the function and performance of the management system in detail. Operation. 4, design of management information system, function module of analysis system. The detailed design and database design of this system are analyzed and introduced. It is not only within the requirement analysis, but also for the improvement of the system in the future. The modification leaves room for reference to the actual operating system.
