MOOC時(shí)代大學(xué)生思想政治教育方式面臨的挑戰(zhàn)及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:自2013年起,由清華大學(xué)、北京大學(xué)、上海交通大學(xué)等國(guó)內(nèi)一流大學(xué)牽頭,MOOC建設(shè)和應(yīng)用迅速在高校熱了起來(lái)。短短四年,多所名牌大學(xué)已經(jīng)高調(diào)“結(jié)盟”,創(chuàng)建了多個(gè)知名MOOC平臺(tái),呈現(xiàn)了上千門優(yōu)質(zhì)課程。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),MOOC平臺(tái)為高校定制課程已達(dá)5600多門次,高校和社會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)者選課人次已超過(guò)3000萬(wàn),MOOC對(duì)高等教育的影響已經(jīng)席卷全國(guó)。大學(xué)生思想政治教育在高等教育中扮演著重要的角色,具有對(duì)象規(guī)模大、師資匱乏、內(nèi)容枯燥乏味的特點(diǎn),鑒于此,借助于MOOC可有效緩解當(dāng)前思想政治教育的困境,助力思政教育工作的高效進(jìn)行。首先,論文從網(wǎng)絡(luò)快速發(fā)展的時(shí)代背景出發(fā),探究了MOOC時(shí)代大學(xué)生思想觀念得到了改變,大學(xué)師生關(guān)系得到良好發(fā)展,陳舊的思政教育模式也得到了變革,但同時(shí)也為思政教師和學(xué)生帶來(lái)挑戰(zhàn),使教學(xué)管理趨于復(fù)雜化,教育成本壓力巨大,以及影響教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià),據(jù)此,從正反兩方面探討MOOC對(duì)思政教育的影響,有助于專家學(xué)者對(duì)MOOC進(jìn)行理性思考和定位。其次,論文一方面以Z大學(xué)為研究對(duì)象,調(diào)查了Z校當(dāng)前思政教育發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,思政教師和學(xué)生對(duì)MOOC的接受度和應(yīng)用建議,以及思政教育MOOC應(yīng)用中存在的問(wèn)題,主要包括:學(xué)生積極性不高,教師應(yīng)用力不強(qiáng),學(xué)校推行力度小,政府保障性低;另一方面以國(guó)內(nèi)思政MOOC建設(shè)較成熟院校為例,對(duì)其建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行分析,并對(duì)比Z大學(xué)MOOC建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,從而得出思政MOOC建設(shè)的必要性和緊迫性。再次,通過(guò)上述MOOC對(duì)思政教育正反兩方面影響的論述,以及結(jié)合對(duì)Z大學(xué)的實(shí)證調(diào)查和清華大學(xué)、武漢大學(xué)及湖北理工大學(xué)的案例分析,論文提出思政教育MOOC建設(shè)應(yīng)以有效教學(xué)理論和聯(lián)通主義學(xué)習(xí)理論為指導(dǎo),理性定位MOOC在思政教育中的地位,指出MOOC是思政教師的輔助者,是思政教育的承載者,是思政教育理念的強(qiáng)化者,是學(xué)生受教育的助推者,進(jìn)而有效調(diào)整MOOC背景下大學(xué)生思想政治教育教育方式要素功能,要調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生主動(dòng)性,理性對(duì)待教師角色的轉(zhuǎn)換,創(chuàng)新教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)方式.最后,綜合分析MOOC時(shí)代大學(xué)生思政教育面臨的挑戰(zhàn)和思政教育MOOC應(yīng)用中存在的問(wèn)題,基于有效教學(xué)理論和聯(lián)通主義學(xué)習(xí)理論,從學(xué)生、教師、學(xué)校、政府角度提出MOOC在大學(xué)生思政教育中的應(yīng)用策略,指出學(xué)生應(yīng)積極參與MOOC,加強(qiáng)自主性,提高思政教育意識(shí);教師應(yīng)更新觀念,提高M(jìn)OOC技術(shù),加強(qiáng)MOOC吸引力,端正職業(yè)態(tài)度;學(xué)校應(yīng)重視MOOC建設(shè),共享MOOC資源,提高M(jìn)OOC執(zhí)行力,加強(qiáng)MOOC宣傳力;政府要加強(qiáng)政策保障,加大資金支持,創(chuàng)建多元化MOOC平臺(tái)。論文主要采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)分析法、比較研究法,分析了MOOC時(shí)代大學(xué)生思想政治教育教育方式面臨的挑戰(zhàn)與阻力。其創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于:一是以MOOC和思想政治教育相結(jié)合的研究相當(dāng)之少,加之以導(dǎo)師的課題項(xiàng)目作為選題來(lái)源,實(shí)為新的領(lǐng)域,從選題上來(lái)看,本研究擇新而論;二是本研究通過(guò)實(shí)證調(diào)查分析研究了大學(xué)生對(duì)MOOC應(yīng)用的接受度以及MOOC應(yīng)用中的阻力,從而提出解決策略,所以實(shí)證性研究也是本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn);三是本研究分析了思政教育MOOC模式和傳統(tǒng)教育方式的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),也對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)MOOC建設(shè)成熟的院校進(jìn)行了對(duì)比研究,從研究?jī)?nèi)容上看也是具有創(chuàng)新之處的。

Firstly, the rapid development of network era background, explores the students thinking in MOOC Era The concept has been changed, the relationship between university teachers and students get a good development, the old modes of Ideological and political education has been changing, but also for the ideological and political teachers and students bring challenges, make the teaching management more complicated, the cost of education is enormous pressure and influence of teaching evaluation, the influence of MOOC on the ideological and political education from two sides, help experts and scholars to carry out rational thinking and positioning of MOOC.
