【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展逐漸步入新常態(tài),工程建設也從快速發(fā)展階段向穩(wěn)步增長階段轉變。這種經(jīng)濟形勢下施工企業(yè)之間的競爭也更加激烈,傳統(tǒng)的建造模式和成本管理理念已經(jīng)無法滿足經(jīng)濟新常態(tài)下施工企業(yè)發(fā)展的要求,建筑業(yè)面臨創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的重大考驗。建筑信息模型(BIM)被認為是提高建筑行業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率最有效的工具之一,因此,運用BIM-5D技術及科學的管理方法來提高成本管理水平,是施工企業(yè)當前的重要課題。目前,只有少數(shù)工程項目在施工階段應用到了BIM-5D技術,而且BIM-5D技術的應用范圍不廣、深度不夠、效益不明顯。本文通過閱讀參考大量相關文獻資料展開分析,探索施工階段成本管理中BIM-5D應用價值難以發(fā)揮的原因,設計解決方案,形成可供指導工程實際應用的方法和思路,以推動BIM-5D技術在施工階段成本管理中的廣泛應用,提高成本管理水平。本文完成的主要研究工作如下:1、施工階段成本管理BIM-5D技術的引入。闡述施工階段傳統(tǒng)成本管理方法,分析存在的問題,為解決這些問題,引入BIM-5D技術,并具體介紹了其在施工階段的應用情況。最后通過兩種管理方式的對比分析,得到BIM-5D技術引入后給施工階段成本管理帶來的改變。2、基于三角模糊數(shù)層次分析法的影響因素指標研究。分析現(xiàn)階段BIM-5D在施工階段成本管理應用過程中存在的問題及成因,運用三角模糊數(shù)層次分析法創(chuàng)建影響因素指標體系,分析阻礙BIM-5D技術在施工階段成本管理中應用的原因。3、基于BIM-5D施工階段成本管理實施方案設計。根據(jù)影響因素分析結果,提出BIM-5D技術條件下施工階段成本管理的實施方案,構建基于BIM-5D的施工階段成本管理組織結構和工作流程,并設計BIM-5D成本管理系統(tǒng)。4、基于BIM-5D的施工階段成本管理案例應用。以孟家灣安置房工程為實例,對BIM-5D技術在工程中的應用進行分析。首先結合工程特點構建項目基于BIM-5D的組織架構,然后詳細描述了施工階段成本管理的實施過程,具體分析BIM-5D技術應用于施工階段成本管理帶來的效果。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's economy gradually stepping into the new normal, the engineering construction also changes from the rapid development stage to the steady growth stage. Under this economic situation, the competition among the construction enterprises is also more intense. The traditional construction mode and cost management concept can not meet the requirements of the development of construction enterprises under the new normal state of economy. Building information model (BIM) is considered to be one of the most effective tools to improve the efficiency of construction industry. The application of BIM-5D technology and scientific management method to improve the level of cost management is an important issue for construction enterprises. At present, only a few engineering projects have been applied to BIM-5D technology in the construction phase. And the application of BIM-5D technology is not wide, depth is not enough, the benefit is not obvious. This paper explores the reasons why the application value of BIM-5D is difficult to play in the cost management of construction stage, designs the solution, and forms the method and train of thought for guiding the practical application of the project. In order to promote the wide application of BIM-5D technology in construction stage cost management, improve the level of cost management. The main research work completed in this paper is as follows: 1. The introduction of BIM-5D technology in construction stage cost management. This paper expounds the traditional cost management method in construction stage, analyzes the existing problems, and introduces BIM-5D technology to solve these problems. Finally, through the comparative analysis of the two management methods, the author obtains the change of cost management in the construction phase brought by the introduction of BIM-5D technology. Based on the analysis of the influence factors of triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of BIM-5D in the application of cost management in construction stage. Using triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to create the index system of influencing factors and analyzing the reasons that hinder the application of BIM-5D technology in construction stage cost management. Based on the BIM-5D construction phase cost management implementation scheme design. According to the analysis of factors, the implementation scheme of construction phase cost management under the BIM-5D technology condition is put forward. Build the construction phase cost management organization structure and workflow based on BIM-5D, and design the BIM-5D cost management system. 4. The application of cost management in construction stage based on BIM-5D. Take the project of Mengjiawan Placement House as an example. The application of BIM-5D technology in engineering is analyzed. Firstly, the organization structure based on BIM-5D is constructed according to the characteristics of the project, and then the implementation process of cost management in construction phase is described in detail. The effect of BIM-5D technology applied in construction stage cost management is analyzed in detail.
