紋理織物疵點(diǎn)窗口跳步形態(tài)學(xué)法檢測

【摘要】:針對紋理織物疵點(diǎn)自動檢測時因生產(chǎn)速度快造成的織物抖動以及檢測速度難以匹配問題,提出窗口跳步形態(tài)學(xué)法紋理織物疵點(diǎn)檢測算法。使用該算法對圖像進(jìn)行窗口分割及預(yù)處理后,首先對紋理織物圖像的紋理特征進(jìn)行分析,然后設(shè)計形態(tài)學(xué)算子進(jìn)行腐蝕操作,最后使用連通域分析來確定疵點(diǎn)大小及位置。仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)及工廠實(shí)際應(yīng)用表明,該算法可有效克服工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中紋理織物抖動造成的圖像明暗不均,可檢測出紋理織物中存在的破洞、經(jīng)緯疵點(diǎn)、污漬、斷線、折痕和結(jié)頭等各種疵點(diǎn),而且檢測速度明顯優(yōu)于快速傅里葉變換特征點(diǎn)算法以及傳統(tǒng)形態(tài)學(xué)檢測算法。實(shí)時檢測速度超過80 m/min,疵點(diǎn)檢測精度為0.1 mm,滿足實(shí)際生產(chǎn)需求。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of fabric jitter caused by fast production speed and the difficulty of matching detection speed in automatic detection of texture fabric defects. A new algorithm of texture fabric defect detection based on window step morphology is proposed. After the image is segmented and preprocessed, the texture features of texture fabric image are analyzed. Then the morphology operator is designed to operate the corrosion. Finally, the size and position of the defects are determined by the connected domain analysis. The simulation experiment and the practical application of the factory show that. The algorithm can effectively overcome the uneven light and dark caused by the jitter of texture fabric in industrial production, and can detect all kinds of defects such as holes, warp and weft defects, stains, broken threads, creases and knots in textured fabrics. And the detection speed is obviously better than the fast Fourier transform feature point algorithm and the traditional morphological detection algorithm. The real-time detection speed is more than 80 m / min and the defect detection accuracy is 0.1 mm. Meet actual production requirements.
