APP軟件使用質(zhì)量屬性度量方法研究與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著科技的進(jìn)步,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展給人們帶來了許多便利。移動智能手機(jī)的開發(fā)更使人們的生活趨于便捷化,隨之而來的是APP軟件的廣泛應(yīng)用。根據(jù)人們各行各業(yè)的需要,不同類別的APP軟件已經(jīng)被批量開發(fā)出來,這些APP軟件已經(jīng)被應(yīng)用到人們的實際生活當(dāng)中。然而,APP軟件的應(yīng)用在給人們帶來便利的同時,也帶來了許多潛在的危害,例如許多APP軟件會讀取用戶的個人信息,導(dǎo)致用戶個人信息的泄露等。由于目前APP軟件的開發(fā)沒有統(tǒng)一的流程,并且市場上對APP軟件質(zhì)量的監(jiān)控沒有嚴(yán)格的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。因此,對APP軟件質(zhì)量的研究成為當(dāng)今時代的重要課題。在2011年3月發(fā)布的ISO/IEC 25010質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中,對傳統(tǒng)軟件的內(nèi)部質(zhì)量和外部質(zhì)量進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的定義,其中把內(nèi)部質(zhì)量分為五個一級指標(biāo),分別是滿意度,效率,有效性,上下文,風(fēng)險規(guī)避和9個二級指標(biāo)。目前已有的軟件質(zhì)量模型都是針對傳統(tǒng)軟件的,由于APP軟件是一個新興的產(chǎn)物,并對人們的生活影響至關(guān)重要,因此需要我們研究ISO/IEC 25010標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中新增的軟件質(zhì)量評價指標(biāo)是否也適用于APP軟件,APP軟件是否存在特有的質(zhì)量屬性。本文基于ISO/IEC 25010中傳統(tǒng)軟件使用質(zhì)量模型,構(gòu)建了一個針對于APP軟件的使用質(zhì)量模型,并使用此模型對常見的APP軟件進(jìn)行使用質(zhì)量屬性的劃分。本文工作主要包括以下內(nèi)容:1)從使用質(zhì)量屬性的角度出發(fā),對常見的APP軟件進(jìn)行歸類,得到了 13類常見的APP軟件;同時通過網(wǎng)頁爬蟲的方式得到常見APP軟件的用戶評論信息,再對用戶評論進(jìn)行人工標(biāo)注,最后得到基于用戶評論的APP軟件使用質(zhì)量特點。2)基于ISO/IEC 25010的軟件使用質(zhì)量特性、APP軟件和傳統(tǒng)軟件之間的區(qū)別,在ISO/IEC25010軟件質(zhì)量模型的基礎(chǔ)上并結(jié)合APP軟件使用質(zhì)量特點,提出一個三層APP軟件使用質(zhì)量模型。3)基于上述APP軟件使用質(zhì)量模型,通過參考傳統(tǒng)軟件質(zhì)量評價模型和度量指標(biāo),總結(jié)出所提出模型的特性和子特性的度量方法,并在大量實驗的基礎(chǔ)上對模型度量指標(biāo)進(jìn)行驗證和調(diào)整;4)利用三角模糊數(shù)層次分析法確定了 APP軟件使用質(zhì)量模型中一級指標(biāo)、二級指標(biāo)與度量指標(biāo)的初始主觀權(quán)重,使用簡單線性加權(quán)法和功效系數(shù)法,對APP軟件使用質(zhì)量進(jìn)行了相關(guān)評價;最終驗證了所提出的APP軟件使用質(zhì)量模型與評價方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the development of Internet has brought a lot of convenience to people. The development of mobile smartphone makes people's life more convenient. Followed by the widespread use of APP software. According to the needs of various industries, different types of APP software has been developed in batches. These APP software have been applied to people's real life. However, the application of app software not only brings convenience to people, but also brings a lot of potential harm. For example, many APP software will read the personal information of the user, resulting in the disclosure of personal information, etc. Because of the current development of APP software there is no unified process. And there is no strict standard for monitoring the quality of APP software in the market. The research on the quality of APP software has become an important topic in the era. In March 2011, the ISO/IEC 25010 quality standard was issued. The internal quality and external quality of traditional software are defined in detail, in which the internal quality is divided into five first-level indicators, namely satisfaction, efficiency, effectiveness, context. The existing software quality models are all aimed at traditional software, because APP software is a new product, and it is very important to people's life. Therefore, we need to study whether the new software quality evaluation index in ISO/IEC 25010 standard is also applicable to APP software. Based on the traditional software use quality model in ISO/IEC 25010, this paper constructs a quality model for APP software. This paper mainly includes the following contents: 1) from the point of view of using quality attributes, the common APP software is classified. 13 kinds of common APP software are obtained. At the same time, through the way of web crawler, the user comment information of common APP software is obtained, and then the user comments are annotated manually. Finally, the characteristics of APP software usage quality based on user comment. 2) the difference between app software and traditional software based on ISO/IEC 25010. On the basis of ISO/IEC25010 software quality model and combined with APP software use quality characteristics. A three-tier APP software usage quality model. 3) based on the above APP software use quality model, by referring to the traditional software quality evaluation model and metrics. The measurement methods of the characteristics and sub-characteristics of the proposed model are summarized, and the model metrics are verified and adjusted on the basis of a large number of experiments. 4) using triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the initial subjective weight of the first class index, the second class index and the measure index in the APP software usage quality model, and to use the simple linear weighting method and the efficacy coefficient method. The quality of APP software is evaluated. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed APP software usage quality model and evaluation method is verified.
