基于Android的培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)管理平臺的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的快速發(fā)展,信息化成為當(dāng)今世界發(fā)展潮流,移動辦公成為時代發(fā)展的必然趨勢。然而大部分培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)仍采用基于PC網(wǎng)絡(luò)終端的方式進行招生管理學(xué)院信息,存在推廣招錄學(xué)生效率低、管理者無法及時同步學(xué)生信息等問題。如何充分利用移動設(shè)備的便利條件,開發(fā)相應(yīng)的移動客戶端顯得尤為重要。在這種背景下,基于Android的培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)管理平臺應(yīng)運而生;贏ndroid平臺的培訓(xùn)業(yè)務(wù)管理平臺與傳統(tǒng)PC端的培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)不同,它支持用戶自定義隨時隨地發(fā)布招生活動,并且能實時監(jiān)控活動推廣人員采集學(xué)員信息情況。此系統(tǒng)借助移動網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)將過去培訓(xùn)活動從線下搬到線上,節(jié)省了大量的人力和物力,成為一種新的招生模式,深受招生機構(gòu)的重視和關(guān)注。該系統(tǒng)主要有6個核心模塊:自定義發(fā)布活動模塊、活動采集模塊、學(xué)員信息管理模塊、機構(gòu)云課堂管理模塊、聊天模塊、個人中心模塊。在培訓(xùn)業(yè)務(wù)管理平臺構(gòu)建的過程中,筆者根據(jù)需求說明書獨立完成了客戶端原型設(shè)計;在設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)階段獨立完成了客戶端六個核心模塊的設(shè)計和開發(fā),參與完成數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計工作;在測試階段,筆者獨立完成了系統(tǒng)功能測試用例編寫并執(zhí)行了系統(tǒng)功能性測試。目前該項目已經(jīng)上線并有很多培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)使用。系統(tǒng)運行穩(wěn)定,達到了預(yù)期目標。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of mobile Internet, information technology has become the trend of development in the world. Mobile office has become an inevitable trend of the development of the times. However, most of the training institutions still use the way based on PC network terminal to manage the college information, and there is low efficiency in popularizing and recruiting students. Managers can not synchronize student information in time. How to make full use of the convenience of mobile devices, the development of the corresponding mobile client is particularly important. In this context. The training organization business management platform based on Android emerges as the times require. The training service management platform based on Android platform is different from the traditional PC training system. It supports user-defined recruitment activities anytime, anywhere, and can real-time monitor the activities of promoters to collect student information. This system moves past training activities from offline to online with the help of mobile network technology. It saves a lot of manpower and material resources and becomes a new enrollment model. The system has six core modules: custom release activity module and activity collection module. Student information management module, organization cloud classroom management module, chat module, personal center module. In the training business management platform construction process, the author independently completed the client prototype design according to the requirements specification; In the stage of design and implementation, the design and development of the six core modules of the client are completed independently, and the database design is completed. In the testing stage, the author has independently completed the system function test case and executed the system functional test. At present, the project has been online and has been used by many training institutions. The system runs stably and achieves the expected goal.
