【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的高速發(fā)展帶來(lái)了新媒體的蓬勃生機(jī),網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情成為了一種不可忽視的輿論力量,網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情分析繼而也逐漸成為了線(xiàn)上運(yùn)營(yíng)所關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。如何從網(wǎng)絡(luò)海量的數(shù)據(jù)中提取到對(duì)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)有用的信息成為了運(yùn)營(yíng)人員所面臨的難題之一。本文的實(shí)際應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景是為中超各個(gè)足球俱樂(lè)部提供網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的分析,通過(guò)對(duì)網(wǎng)易體育、新浪微博等網(wǎng)站數(shù)據(jù)的抓取、處理和分析,為俱樂(lè)部線(xiàn)上運(yùn)營(yíng)人員提供信息的全面展示,從而幫助運(yùn)營(yíng)人員更加有針對(duì)性、靈活地開(kāi)展線(xiàn)上運(yùn)營(yíng)活動(dòng)。根據(jù)足球行業(yè)的特點(diǎn)和情況,選取多維度網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行全面分析,從而達(dá)到優(yōu)化足球競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中的各個(gè)部分,使足球俱樂(lè)部不僅能掌握自有數(shù)據(jù),更能把握競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手信息,能深入了解球迷及粉絲的最新動(dòng)態(tài),挖掘出他們的聲音和態(tài)度。借助文本聚類(lèi)方法,為單個(gè)用戶(hù)提供個(gè)人用戶(hù)畫(huà)像,將粉絲標(biāo)簽化。首先,本文介紹了本系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)的背景和意義,并介紹了本系統(tǒng)在開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中需要使用到的技術(shù),包括使用微博API和網(wǎng)絡(luò)爬蟲(chóng)獲取數(shù)據(jù),使用ICTCLAS對(duì)文本進(jìn)行分詞,使用文本聚類(lèi)方法進(jìn)行文本分析。還介紹了本系統(tǒng)所使用的開(kāi)發(fā)工具。其次,根據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情分析系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)需求和功能性需求等,確定了系統(tǒng)的整體架構(gòu),包括系統(tǒng)的軟件架構(gòu)和技術(shù)架構(gòu)。對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了功能模塊的劃分。最后,本文詳細(xì)闡述了該網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情分析系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程和測(cè)試過(guò)程,針對(duì)每個(gè)功能模塊都按照數(shù)據(jù)的獲取、處理分析與展示的流程進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)描述。該部分是本文的關(guān)鍵內(nèi)容。本文總結(jié)包括以下幾點(diǎn):首先,本文是面向足球行業(yè)進(jìn)行信息的收集與處理分析,具有針對(duì)性和實(shí)際意義;其次,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)多維度、全方位的數(shù)據(jù)處理分析的過(guò)程;最后,利用動(dòng)態(tài)展示工具方便地將數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行可視化展示。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of the Internet has brought the vitality of new media, network public opinion has become a force that can not be ignored. The analysis of network public opinion has gradually become the focus of online operation. How to extract useful information for marketing from the massive network data has become one of the difficult problems faced by operators. The practical application of this paper. The scene is to provide the analysis of network public opinion for each football club. Through the NetEase Sports, Sina Weibo and other website data capture, processing and analysis, for the club online operators to provide a comprehensive display of information, so as to help operators more targeted. According to the characteristics and circumstances of the football industry, select multi-dimensional network data for comprehensive analysis, so as to optimize the football competition in each part. Football club can not only master their own data, but also can grasp the information of competitors, can deeply understand the latest trends of fans and fans, dig out their voices and attitudes, with the help of text clustering method. First of all, this paper introduces the background and significance of the development of the system, and introduces the technology that needs to be used in the development process of the system. Including the use of Weibo API and web crawlers to obtain data, using ICTCLAS to segment text, text clustering method for text analysis. Also introduced the development tools used in this system. Secondly. According to the actual business requirements and functional requirements of the network public opinion analysis system, the overall architecture of the system is determined, including the system software architecture and technical architecture. The system is divided into functional modules. Finally. This paper describes the network public opinion analysis system design and implementation process and testing process, according to each functional module according to the data acquisition. The process of processing analysis and display is described in detail. This part is the key content of this paper. The summary of this paper includes the following points: first, this paper is oriented to the football industry information collection and processing analysis. Have pertinence and practical significance; Secondly, the process of multi-dimensional and all-directional data processing and analysis can be realized. Finally, the dynamic display tool is used to visualize the data conveniently.
