【摘要】：【目的】調(diào)查文獻(xiàn)管理軟件在期刊論文中的使用情況,分析文獻(xiàn)管理軟件處理后的輸出結(jié)果�！痉椒ā窟x取英文期刊Chinese Journal of Cancer以及中文期刊《中山大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)(醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)版)》和《實(shí)用醫(yī)學(xué)雜志》論文,查看是否使用文獻(xiàn)管理軟件,并分析使用何種軟件。對(duì)使用EndNote和NoteExpress的論文逐篇按照《中山大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)(醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)版)》的文獻(xiàn)著錄格式,人工核對(duì)軟件輸出結(jié)果,提取注意事項(xiàng)�！窘Y(jié)果】從上述三種雜志中共收集244篇包含參考文獻(xiàn)的已發(fā)表論文,其中使用文獻(xiàn)管理軟件的比例分別為50.0%,35.4%和14.7%。74篇論文使用了文獻(xiàn)管理軟件,占樣本總數(shù)的比例為30.3%,其中43篇使用EndNote軟件,25篇使用NoteExpress軟件。使用兩種軟件的論文中,英文文獻(xiàn)均遠(yuǎn)多于中文文獻(xiàn),使用EndNote處理的英文文獻(xiàn)與中文文獻(xiàn)的比例約為10…1,而使用NoteExpress處理的英文文獻(xiàn)與中文文獻(xiàn)的比例為5…1。未發(fā)現(xiàn)國內(nèi)外作者使用文獻(xiàn)管理軟件的比例有明顯不同。所有論文中的英文文獻(xiàn)和中文文獻(xiàn)經(jīng)過軟件處理后的輸出結(jié)果基本符合文獻(xiàn)的著錄要求,尤其是EndNote輸出英文文獻(xiàn)的結(jié)果。但是,所有論文中的英文文獻(xiàn)和中文文獻(xiàn)經(jīng)過軟件處理后,輸出結(jié)果仍然存在格式問題甚至內(nèi)容錯(cuò)誤�！窘Y(jié)論】國內(nèi)醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)期刊論文中使用文獻(xiàn)管理軟件的比例偏低,使用文獻(xiàn)管理軟件的論文的英文文獻(xiàn)比例較高。建議國內(nèi)期刊在稿約時(shí)或在網(wǎng)站上增加相關(guān)說明條目,建議作者使用參考文獻(xiàn)管理軟件。雖然軟件輸出結(jié)果較為滿意,但是編輯仍然需要再次全面核對(duì)把關(guān)。
[Abstract]:[objective] to investigate the use of document management software in journal papers. [methods] the English journal Chinese Journal of Cancer and the Chinese journal < Journal of Sun Yat-sen University] were selected. "Medical Science)." and papers in the Journal of Applied Medicine. See if you are using document management software. The paper using EndNote and NoteExpress was analyzed according to the document description format of Journal of Sun Yat-sen University (Medical Science Edition). Results 244 published papers containing references were collected from the above three journals. Among them, the proportion of using document management software is respectively 50.04% and 14.7.74 papers, the proportion of the total sample is 30.3%. Among them, 43 articles using EndNote software and 25 articles using NoteExpress software. The English literature is much more than the Chinese literature in the two kinds of software. The ratio of English literature to Chinese literature processed by EndNote was about 10. 1. 1. However, the ratio of English literature processed by NoteExpress to that of Chinese literature is 5. 1. It is not found that there is a significant difference in the proportion of literature management software used by domestic and foreign authors. The output results of Chinese literature after processing by software basically accord with the requirements of literature description. In particular, EndNote outputs the results of English literature. However, all the papers in English and Chinese literature are processed by software. The output results still have format problems or even content errors. [conclusion] the proportion of literature management software used in medical academic journals in China is on the low side. A high proportion of papers using document management software are in English literature. It is suggested that domestic journals should add relevant explanatory entries to their manuscripts or websites. It is suggested that the author use the reference management software. Although the result of the software output is satisfactory, the editor still needs to check and check again.
