【摘要】：為了激勵高校教師教學(xué)、科研能力,挖掘教師科研與教學(xué)內(nèi)在潛能,提高高等教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量,構(gòu)建一種高校教師教學(xué)、科研業(yè)績考核評價體系及其信息管理系統(tǒng)。針對教師的科研和教學(xué)業(yè)績水平,設(shè)計了評價指標(biāo)體系及其權(quán)重;實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫管理并對教師的科研和教學(xué)水平進行定量評價;建立一套激勵與監(jiān)督機制,對提高高校教師科研與教學(xué)業(yè)績的信息化管理具有重要意義,為高校教師教學(xué)和科研績效考核、量化考核奠定信息化基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In order to stimulate the teaching and research ability of university teachers, tap the inherent potential of teachers' scientific research and teaching, improve the teaching quality of higher education, and construct a kind of college teachers' teaching. The evaluation system of scientific research achievement and its information management system. According to the level of teachers' scientific research and teaching performance, the evaluation index system and its weight are designed. Realizing database management and quantitative evaluation of teachers' scientific research and teaching level; It is of great significance to establish a set of incentive and supervision mechanism to improve the information management of university teachers' scientific research and teaching performance, and to lay an information foundation for the evaluation and quantification of university teachers' teaching and scientific research performance.
