地理本體數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換及融合方法研究

【摘要】:地理空間數(shù)據(jù)庫(GDB)為海量空間數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)管理提供了優(yōu)良的技術(shù)支撐。但是GDB中的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)存在差異且不具有能被計(jì)算機(jī)所理解的語義知識(shí),異構(gòu)的GIS應(yīng)用之間的互操作的需求日益增長且無法解決。隨著GIS領(lǐng)域中本體概念的滲入,在語義和知識(shí)層次上能夠借助地理本體描述系統(tǒng)概念模型,地理本體在地理知識(shí)表示、異構(gòu)信息處理、信息檢索等方面得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用,可以為不同來源的地理數(shù)據(jù)提供上下文語義,解決因語義關(guān)聯(lián)的不足而產(chǎn)生的知識(shí)異構(gòu)性問題、達(dá)到GIS數(shù)據(jù)的信息共享和互操作的目的。目前的地理本體雖然具有關(guān)于地理領(lǐng)域的知識(shí),但缺乏旅游領(lǐng)域的知識(shí),無法實(shí)現(xiàn)兩個(gè)不同領(lǐng)域信息的共享,如何將GDB中的數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換為地理本體,如何將地理本體與旅游領(lǐng)域本體進(jìn)行融合成為地理信息共享研究領(lǐng)域的重要問題。本文提出一種基于模型的地理本體數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換及融合方法。首先,提出了三種將GDB中的信息轉(zhuǎn)換為地理本體的方法,依次是GDAL(地理空間數(shù)據(jù)抽象庫)+XML+XSLT(可擴(kuò)展樣式表轉(zhuǎn)換語言)+OWL(文件)方法、GDAL+Jena+OWL(文件)方法和GDAL+Jena+RDF(TDB)方法;然后,基于轉(zhuǎn)換得到的地理本體提出了一種基于特征詞匹配的方法實(shí)現(xiàn)地理本體與旅游本體的融合。為了驗(yàn)證本文提出的方法的正確性和可行性,以海南省1:50000的GDB中地理數(shù)據(jù)為例實(shí)現(xiàn)了地理信息轉(zhuǎn)換,基于轉(zhuǎn)換得到的地理本體文件,構(gòu)建了一個(gè)海南省旅游本體,基于特征詞匹配的方法做了海南省旅游本體與地理本體的融合實(shí)驗(yàn)。本文的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該融合方法可以跨領(lǐng)域?qū)崿F(xiàn)地理本體與旅游本體的信息共享。
[Abstract]:Geo-spatial database (GDB) provides a good technical support for the massive spatial data storage management, but the data structure in GDB is different and does not have the semantic knowledge that can be understood by the computer. The requirement of interoperability between heterogeneous GIS applications is increasing and can not be solved. With the infiltration of ontology concepts in the GIS domain, the concept model of geographical ontology description system can be used in semantic and knowledge levels. Geographical ontology has been widely used in geographic knowledge representation, heterogeneous information processing, information retrieval and so on, which can provide context semantics for geographic data from different sources. To solve the problem of knowledge heterogeneity caused by the lack of semantic association to achieve the purpose of information sharing and interoperability of GIS data. However, the lack of knowledge in the field of tourism, can not achieve the two different fields of information sharing, how to transform the data in GDB into geographical ontology. How to integrate geographical ontology and tourism domain ontology becomes an important problem in the field of geographic information sharing. In this paper, a model-based method for data conversion and fusion of geographical ontology is proposed. In this paper, three methods of converting information from GDB to geographical ontology are proposed. This is followed by the GDAL (Geospatial data Abstract Library) XML XSLT (Extensible style sheet Transformation language) owl (File) method. GDAL Jena owl (file) method and GDAL Jena RDF TDB method; Then, based on the transformation of geographical ontology, a method based on feature word matching is proposed to realize the integration of geographical ontology and tourism ontology, in order to verify the correctness and feasibility of the method proposed in this paper. Taking the geographic data of Hainan Province 1: 50000 GDB as an example, the geographic information conversion is realized. Based on the converted geographic ontology file, a Hainan tourism ontology is constructed. Based on the method of feature word matching, the experiment of Hainan Province's tourism ontology and geographical ontology fusion is carried out. The experimental results show that this fusion method can realize the information sharing between geographical ontology and tourism ontology.
