【摘要】：期刊是科研人員進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)交流的重要工具,承載著豐富的研究成果和經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)。但隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的高速發(fā)展帶動(dòng)著信息爆炸式的增長(zhǎng),人們通常無法鑒別獲取到的期刊質(zhì)量,迫切需要有專門的機(jī)構(gòu)或平臺(tái)為讀者選擇優(yōu)質(zhì)的期刊提供參考依據(jù)。蒙古文期刊作為我國(guó)社會(huì)主義文化事業(yè)的重要組成部分之一,所面臨的問題亦是如此。為了使蒙古文期刊評(píng)價(jià)有統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)且其結(jié)果可以在成果鑒定、學(xué)術(shù)評(píng)價(jià)等活動(dòng)中發(fā)揮作用,本文對(duì)蒙古文期刊評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)�；谏鲜稣�(qǐng)情況,本文主要完成的工作內(nèi)容如下:(1)調(diào)研分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外期刊評(píng)價(jià)的理論與實(shí)踐以及蒙古文期刊的現(xiàn)狀與特點(diǎn),在此基礎(chǔ)上建立了蒙古文期刊評(píng)價(jià)體系和采集實(shí)驗(yàn)所需基本數(shù)據(jù),同時(shí)選用了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)時(shí)使用的技術(shù)與工具。(2)根據(jù)軟件工程理論方法對(duì)蒙古文期刊評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了需求分析,確定了整體的設(shè)計(jì)方向。(3)對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了總體設(shè)計(jì),主要包括系統(tǒng)體系架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、功能模塊的劃分、文件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。(4)對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),包括數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的構(gòu)建、主要功能模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)等。(5)使用軟件測(cè)試方法對(duì)系統(tǒng)的主要功能和整體流程進(jìn)行測(cè)試,以確保系統(tǒng)的正確性和可用性。本系統(tǒng)基于Yi i框架,使用經(jīng)典組合Apache+MySQL+PHP進(jìn)行開發(fā),同時(shí)采用都柏林核心元素集采集論文元數(shù)據(jù),并結(jié)合Highcharts組件對(duì)期刊報(bào)告進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)可視化呈現(xiàn)。本系統(tǒng)的使用人群共有兩類:普通用戶和管理人員。針對(duì)使用人群的不同,系統(tǒng)分為前臺(tái)和后臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:Journal is an important tool for scientific research personnel to carry out academic exchanges, carrying a wealth of research results and experience, but with the rapid development of the Internet, the explosive growth of information. It is usually impossible to identify the quality of the journals obtained. There is an urgent need for special institutions or platforms to provide reference for readers to select high-quality periodicals. Mongolian periodicals as one of the important components of socialist cultural undertakings in China. In order to make the evaluation of Mongolian periodicals have a unified standard and its results can play a role in the evaluation of results, academic evaluation and other activities. This paper designs and implements the evaluation system of Mongolian periodicals. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) the theory and practice of periodical evaluation at home and abroad and the present situation and characteristics of Mongolian periodicals are analyzed. On this basis, the evaluation system of Mongolian periodicals and the basic data needed for collecting experiments are established. At the same time, the technology and tool used in the development of the system are selected. 2) according to the theory and method of software engineering, the requirements of the evaluation system of Mongolian periodicals are analyzed. Determine the overall design direction of the system. 3) the overall design of the system, including the system architecture design, functional modules division, file structure design. 4) detailed design of the system. Including the construction of the database, the implementation of the main functional modules, etc.) using software testing methods to test the main functions of the system and the overall process. In order to ensure the correctness and availability of the system, the system is based on Yi I framework, using the classic combination of Apache MySQL PHP to develop. At the same time, Dublin core element set is used to collect metadata. And combined with the Highcharts component to visualize the data of periodical reports. There are two types of users in this system: ordinary users and managers. The system is divided into foreground and backstage.
