【摘要】：以菲涅爾偏振反射理論為依據(jù),將入射光進(jìn)行電矢量分解,推導(dǎo)出影響眩光強(qiáng)度的偏振因子,并分析該因子在眩光消除中所起的主導(dǎo)作用.根據(jù)成像檢測模型,推導(dǎo)出決定眩光位置和眩光區(qū)域大小的位移因子,并分析該因子在眩光消除中起的輔助作用.測量工業(yè)上某種工件在相同環(huán)境中不同條件下的圖像,將所得圖像數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行抽樣對比,得到在不同偏振和不同位置情況下的圖像灰度變化曲線.分析灰度變化曲線與偏振及位置的關(guān)系,并對所提出的理論加以驗(yàn)證.結(jié)果表明眩光消除的本質(zhì)是降低眩光區(qū)域與鄰域區(qū)域之間的光強(qiáng)對比度,對位移因子和偏振因子的聯(lián)合調(diào)動可實(shí)現(xiàn)對眩光幾乎完全的消除.
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of Fresnel polarization reflection, the incident light is decomposed by electric vector, and the polarization factor affecting the intensity of glare is deduced, and the dominant role of the factor in the elimination of glare is analyzed. The displacement factor which determines the glare position and the size of glare region is deduced, and the auxiliary effect of this factor in the glare elimination is analyzed. The image of a workpiece in industry under different conditions in the same environment is measured. The image grayscale change curve is obtained under different polarization and different position, and the relationship between gray change curve and polarization and position is analyzed. The results show that the essence of the elimination of glare is to reduce the contrast between the glare region and the neighborhood region. The combination of displacement factor and polarization factor can eliminate glare almost completely.
