【摘要】：本文要構(gòu)建一個以B/S為基礎(chǔ),把中視東升文化傳媒有限公司的費用管理的一系列審批程序,減少人力審批,由網(wǎng)絡(luò)審批來完成所有程序,通過處理該公司綜合費用的數(shù)據(jù)、明細、審批等,利用數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù),建立完整的數(shù)據(jù)型的企業(yè)費用綜合管理系統(tǒng),研發(fā)的新系統(tǒng)是在各部門手工財務(wù)工作的基礎(chǔ)上演化而成,實現(xiàn)對中視東升文化傳媒有限公司全部費用的規(guī)范管理、科學管理、信息管理、網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理,使該公司的費用綜合管理系統(tǒng)能更好的服務(wù)于公司的日常業(yè)務(wù)需要。本文主要是基于JAVA技術(shù),建設(shè)企業(yè)費用綜合管理系統(tǒng)。首先,根據(jù)課題來源,劃分與確定了具體的研究目標與業(yè)務(wù),在軟件開發(fā)流程上,分析了該公司費用綜合管理系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)、業(yè)務(wù)、參數(shù)等方面的性能。其次,在公司的網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺上,設(shè)計該公司費用綜合管理系統(tǒng)的體系架構(gòu),建立系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓撲,在需求基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計了系統(tǒng)所需要的的數(shù)據(jù)庫,通過分析內(nèi)容與面向設(shè)計,由程序編程實現(xiàn)了對公司所需要的各環(huán)節(jié)的費用綜合管理功能,具體實現(xiàn)了:用戶(申請人)登錄、采購(申請人)管理、系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)置、賬套管理(財務(wù))、賬簿報表、出納管理、憑證管理、系統(tǒng)管理等等。通過運行、驗證以及測試了費用綜合管理系統(tǒng),本系統(tǒng)中的參數(shù)和用例,表明了本系統(tǒng)能夠高度實現(xiàn)正確的功能、穩(wěn)定的運行、準確得操作,數(shù)據(jù)訪問率高,測試階段,重點測試了服務(wù)器的CPU利用率及內(nèi)存利用率等。系統(tǒng)的最終結(jié)果說明,中視東升文化傳媒有限公司的費用綜合管理系統(tǒng),可以正常運行,與最初的設(shè)計要求吻合�？傊�,課題實現(xiàn)了中視東升文化傳媒有限公司的費用綜合管理需求的專門化、集中化與規(guī)�；�,完成的費用綜合管理數(shù)據(jù)維護功能。利用該公司費用綜合管理系統(tǒng),可以將公司的費用綜合管理業(yè)務(wù),進行模式化、系統(tǒng)化的管理,對促進中視東升文化傳媒有限公司的費用綜合管理的快速發(fā)展具有一定價值。

This article is mainly based on the JAVA technology, the system construction of enterprise cost management.
