【摘要】：在以阿里巴巴為代表的眾多電商企業(yè)帶動(dòng)下,快遞物流行業(yè)迅速發(fā)展,成為人們現(xiàn)代生活中不可或缺的一部分。作為一個(gè)新興的朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè),快遞物流企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)擴(kuò)張迅速,而管理卻嚴(yán)重滯后,完全跟不上業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展。目前某物流企業(yè)基本建立了以全國大集中為主、省集中為輔的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式,面對(duì)這種集中化的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式,企業(yè)的信息化建設(shè)迫在眉睫。建立一套反應(yīng)靈活、快速、高效的ERP管理系統(tǒng)作為支撐,以對(duì)物流企業(yè)日常物品運(yùn)送流、信息傳遞流、人員信息流、資金流等進(jìn)行全面的管理和監(jiān)控,能夠大幅度提高物流企業(yè)的物流服務(wù)能力,最終反過來促進(jìn)電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展,具有客觀的社會(huì)效益。制定了一套對(duì)某物流企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)工作具有現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義的ERP系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建方案,旨在促進(jìn)中小型物流企業(yè)從松散型管理向集約化管理的轉(zhuǎn)型,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)資源的優(yōu)化管理。整個(gè)系統(tǒng)包括財(cái)務(wù)、配送、人事、合同管理、采購等業(yè)務(wù)主線,通過集成的系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)和流程化管理,構(gòu)建起了包含財(cái)務(wù)結(jié)算、配送管理、報(bào)表合并、采購管理、采購配送合同管理、人力資源管理在內(nèi)的應(yīng)用子系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)通過這些集約化的子系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)快遞物流企業(yè)內(nèi)部各職能部門的協(xié)同運(yùn)作,以期統(tǒng)一企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理,達(dá)到企業(yè)集中化運(yùn)營(yíng)、集約化管理和專業(yè)化服務(wù)的效果,獲得最佳的管理效益。從需求提出、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)施計(jì)劃、測(cè)試效果等多方面詳細(xì)描述了面向快遞物流企業(yè)管理的ERP系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)過程。對(duì)某快遞物流企業(yè)的信息化業(yè)務(wù)需求以及應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景進(jìn)行了分析,將J2EE跟面向服務(wù)思想應(yīng)用到系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)中,為系統(tǒng)提供了良好的可擴(kuò)展性支持。
[Abstract]:In many business enterprises represented by Alibaba under the drive of the express logistics industry rapid development, become an integral part of modern life. As a sunrise industry, express logistics business expanded rapidly, and management lags behind, the development can not keep up the business. At present, a logistics enterprise has been basically established the centralized, centralized auxiliary operation mode, in the face of this centralized operation mode, imminent enterprise informatization construction. Establish a flexible, rapid, efficient ERP management system as a support to logistics enterprise daily delivery of goods flow, information flow, personnel management and information flow. Comprehensive monitoring of the flow of funds, can greatly improve the logistics service capabilities, which promote the development of electronic commerce, with the objective of social system. The construction of a scheme has practical significance for the informatization construction of a logistics enterprise ERP system, to promote the small and medium-sized logistics enterprises from the loose management to set the transformation of intensive management, optimize the management of enterprise resources. The whole system including financial, distribution, personnel, contract management, procurement and other business lines, through integration the system platform and process management, set up including financial settlement, distribution management, consolidated financial statements, procurement management, procurement and distribution of contract management, application subsystem, human resource management system. Through the collaborative operation of these intensive subsystem coordination of internal logistics enterprises of various functional departments, unified enterprise internal management period, achieve the enterprise centralized operation, intensive management and professional services, won the best management benefit. From requirement, system design, implementation, testing The effect of many aspects such as a detailed description of the construction process of ERP system for the express logistics enterprise management. The express logistics enterprise informatization business requirements and application scenarios are analyzed, the design and implementation of J2EE with service oriented idea is applied to the system, for the system provided a good scalability.
