【摘要】：黨建工作是一項(xiàng)重要的基礎(chǔ)工作,是興黨興國(guó)的必經(jīng)之路。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的全面開(kāi)啟,為了方便同廣大黨員的聯(lián)系,擴(kuò)大黨組織的影響力,同時(shí)緊密結(jié)合時(shí)代的發(fā)展,我國(guó)各級(jí)黨組織逐步將信息化技術(shù)應(yīng)用到黨建工作之中。朝陽(yáng)區(qū)作為我國(guó)首都最大的行政區(qū),擁有二百多萬(wàn)正式黨員和大量的建設(shè)祖國(guó)的人才,大力發(fā)展信息化黨建具有重要的示范意義。朝陽(yáng)區(qū)委黨員系統(tǒng)信息化建設(shè)起步于上世紀(jì)90年代,隨后完成了兩期項(xiàng)目建設(shè),具備了一定軟硬件基礎(chǔ)條件。但由于系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)建設(shè)時(shí)間較早,原有軟硬件設(shè)施逐步暴露出各種問(wèn)題,一是系統(tǒng)對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)的支撐不足;二是軟件易用性不強(qiáng);三是隨著技術(shù)的更新,系統(tǒng)安全性受到威脅;四是硬件設(shè)備老化。急需針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,進(jìn)行整體改造完善。本文運(yùn)用軟件工程思想,首先分析了開(kāi)發(fā)黨建信息管理系統(tǒng)的背景及意義,對(duì)朝陽(yáng)區(qū)黨建工作信息管理系統(tǒng)做了詳細(xì)的需求分析,根據(jù)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的要求以及功能對(duì)模塊進(jìn)行劃分,對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)。系統(tǒng)選用B/S結(jié)構(gòu)模式,利用J2EE技術(shù)和分層設(shè)計(jì)的思想進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā),同時(shí)按照分級(jí)保護(hù)的要求,對(duì)政務(wù)內(nèi)網(wǎng)、政務(wù)外網(wǎng)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)進(jìn)行不同程度的安全設(shè)計(jì),提高了系統(tǒng)的可維護(hù)性、可操作性、可移植性、安全性等;并在原有設(shè)備的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行升級(jí),使網(wǎng)絡(luò)部署更加規(guī)范合理。本文通過(guò)對(duì)朝陽(yáng)區(qū)信息化黨建系統(tǒng)的升級(jí)改造,增強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)的易用性和魯棒性。根據(jù)實(shí)際需要,完善黨員和人才類應(yīng)用系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)部支持服務(wù)系統(tǒng)、黨內(nèi)信息管理系統(tǒng)、黨代表及黨委換屆管理系統(tǒng)、黨內(nèi)年度統(tǒng)計(jì)系統(tǒng)、黨內(nèi)年度查詢系統(tǒng)等。通過(guò)分級(jí)部署和用戶管理等安全措施加強(qiáng)數(shù)據(jù)安全,嚴(yán)格控制數(shù)據(jù)流向,保護(hù)政府機(jī)密。
[Abstract]:The work of Party building is an important basic work, and it is the only way for the party to flourish the country. With the full opening of the Internet era, in order to facilitate the connection with the majority of Party members and expand the influence of the party organization, and closely combine the development of the times, our party organizations at all levels gradually apply the information technology to the work of Party building. As the largest administrative area of our capital, Chaoyang District has about two million formal members and a large number of talents to build our country. It is of great significance to develop information party building vigorously. The information construction of the Party member system in Chaoyang District started in the 90s of last century, and then completed the construction of the two projects, which has some basic conditions of hardware and software. However, due to the earlier development and construction of the system, the original hardware and software facilities gradually exposed various problems. First, the support for the system was insufficient; two, the software usability was not strong; three, with the updating of technology, the security of the system was threatened; four, the aging of the hardware equipment. It is urgent to improve the overall reform in view of the above problems. This paper uses the idea of software engineering, firstly analyzes the background and significance of the development of Party building information management system, information management system of Chaoyang District party work to do a detailed demand analysis, according to the requirements of system design and functional division of the module, the detailed design of the system. The system uses B/S structure mode, for the development and utilization of J2EE technology and layered design, at the same time, in accordance with the classification of protection requirements, safety design of Intranet, extranet and Internet, improves system maintainability, operability, portability and safety; and upgrades in the basis of the original equipment, make the network more reasonable deployment. Through upgrading the Chaoyang District information party building system, this paper enhances the usability and robustness of the system. According to the actual needs, we should improve the application system of Party members and talents, and achieve internal support service system, inner party information management system, party representatives and Party committee change management system, the annual statistical system of the party, and the annual inquiry system of the party. Security measures such as hierarchical deployment and user management are used to strengthen data security, strictly control the flow of data, and protect government secrets.
