熵權(quán)模糊物元模型在土地生態(tài)安全評價中的應(yīng)用

排序為滁州、合肥、宣城、蕪湖、巢湖、池州、銅陵、安慶和馬鞍山。
多指標(biāo)綜合評價結(jié)果與物元分析評價結(jié)果基本一致。但仍有一定差異:物元分析中,巢湖、蕪湖、銅陵的土地安全級別向“較安全”轉(zhuǎn)化,因此從生態(tài)安全質(zhì)量上來講,可能較池州好,而在多指標(biāo)綜合評價中,,池州的綜合評價得分較銅陵高,但從數(shù)值上來說,兩者相差不大,分別為-0.160和-0.168。另外,同一轉(zhuǎn)化態(tài)不同地區(qū)的生態(tài)安全總關(guān)聯(lián)度數(shù)值排序也與多指標(biāo)綜合評價排序不完全一致,如巢湖、銅陵、蕪湖在安全等級II級的關(guān)聯(lián)度分別為-0.034、-0.040和-0.192,而在多指標(biāo)綜合評價中的排序為蕪湖、巢湖、銅陵。其主要原因可能是2種評價方法的側(cè)重點(diǎn)不同,物元分析法更強(qiáng)調(diào)對影響因子的分析,而多指標(biāo)綜合評價法強(qiáng)調(diào)對綜合質(zhì)量的分析。物元分析的綜合關(guān)聯(lián)度(K)值大小可能能反映消除某些限制因子帶來的生態(tài)安全質(zhì)量轉(zhuǎn)變效果,但這一點(diǎn)需要進(jìn)步的實踐來加以證明。

1)運(yùn)用熵權(quán)物元分析模型對皖江地區(qū)九個城市的土地生態(tài)安全進(jìn)行評價,結(jié)果表明:馬鞍山的土地生態(tài)安全級別為“較不安全”,池州、安慶、的土地生態(tài)安全級別向“較不安全”級轉(zhuǎn)化,巢湖、蕪湖、銅陵的土地安全級別向“較安全”轉(zhuǎn)化,宣城、合肥、滁州的土地安全級別為“理想安全”。本結(jié)果與指標(biāo)綜合評價的結(jié)果基本一致。
2)物元分析結(jié)果表明:皖江地區(qū)影響土地生態(tài)安全的主要因子是單位面積耕地農(nóng)藥負(fù)荷、單位GDP二氧化硫排放量、人均水資源量、人口密度、森林覆蓋率、大于25°坡耕地面積比重及工業(yè)廢氣處理率,符合該區(qū)域的實際情況;但區(qū)域各城市的主要限制因子不盡一致。
3)本文旨在對物元分析模型在土地生態(tài)安全評價方面的應(yīng)用性進(jìn)行驗證和比較分析。應(yīng)用熵權(quán)物元模型進(jìn)行土地生態(tài)安全評價,不僅可以對單個評價對象進(jìn)行評價,也可以對多個評價對象進(jìn)行比較評價,而且對每個評價指標(biāo)給予了等級判定,評價結(jié)果可以反映對象所處的穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)。這種方法有效克服了土地生態(tài)安全概念的模糊性和單項指標(biāo)評價結(jié)果的不相容性,也避免了主觀判斷的不確定性,其結(jié)果可信度較高,反映出的信息更加豐富。但其要求必須設(shè)定評價的經(jīng)典域和節(jié)域,而目前很多相關(guān)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和準(zhǔn)則中只有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等級值,而不是一個域,有的甚至還沒有等級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。因此,評價指標(biāo)的選擇、經(jīng)典域和節(jié)域的界定等問題還有待進(jìn)一步研究和探討。
