近幾十年來(lái),腦科學(xué)研究已取得了顯著的進(jìn)展,但對(duì)大腦的認(rèn)識(shí)遠(yuǎn)沒有達(dá)到令人滿意的程度。因此,腦科學(xué)也成為世界各國(guó)爭(zhēng)相研究的重點(diǎn)科學(xué)領(lǐng)域之一�；仡櫩茖W(xué)史,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)每一次科學(xué)技術(shù)的重大突破必然伴隨著其相關(guān)哲學(xué)問(wèn)題的產(chǎn)生。因此,在推進(jìn)腦科學(xué)研究的發(fā)展同時(shí)應(yīng)加強(qiáng)其相關(guān)哲學(xué)問(wèn)題的研究。 了解腦、保護(hù)腦、創(chuàng)造腦已成為當(dāng)前世界范圍內(nèi),腦科學(xué)研究的三大目標(biāo)。本論文針對(duì)以上三個(gè)方面,分別選擇意識(shí)與腦關(guān)系的哲學(xué)問(wèn)題、腦科學(xué)研究的生命倫理學(xué)問(wèn)題、人工智能的哲學(xué)問(wèn)題為研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行了哲學(xué)層面的分析。 關(guān)于意識(shí)與腦關(guān)系的哲學(xué)問(wèn)題,主要選擇了艾克爾斯、克里克、埃德爾曼這三位諾貝爾獎(jiǎng)金獲得者的思想作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)他們的主要思想進(jìn)行了梳理并做了一些簡(jiǎn)要的評(píng)價(jià)。關(guān)于腦科學(xué)研究的生命倫理學(xué)問(wèn)題,以在我國(guó)被叫停的腦科手術(shù)戒毒為線索,分析了腦科學(xué)研究過(guò)程中可能會(huì)遇到的倫理難題,并對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的生命倫理原則加以了新的詮釋。關(guān)于人工智能的哲學(xué)問(wèn)題,簡(jiǎn)要回顧了人工智能的發(fā)展歷史,對(duì)人工智能給人類社會(huì)帶來(lái)的利與弊進(jìn)行了分析,同時(shí)對(duì)人工智能與人類智能的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了辯證的思考。
The research on brain science has made remarkable headway in recent decades, while a knowledge of brain is far from satisfied degree. Therefore, brain science is one of the important scientific areas into which all countries competitively research. Reviewing the history of science, we can find that every breakthrough of science and technology is always accompanied by the relevant philosophical issues. Therefor, when we prompt the development of the research on brain science, the research on the relevant philosophical issues should be intensified. Recognizing brain, protecting brain and creating brain are the main three aims of the research on brain science in the world. According to the three aims, the philosophical issues about the relationship between consciousness and brain,bioethic issues about the research on brain science and the philosophical issues about artificial intelligence will be discussed from the philosophical angle. About the first issue, the thought of Eccles, Click and Edelman who are the winners of Nobel prize will be reviewed and appraised compactly. About the second issue, the brain operation to cure drug addiction which was banned in our country gives a clue to the analysis of the ethical problems which probably come forth in the process of the research on brain science and the traditional bioethical regulations will be newly illustrated. About the last issue, the history of artificial intelligence will be briefly reviewed, the advantages and the disadvantages which artificial intelligence brings to human beings will be discussed, and the relationship between artificial intelligence and human intelligence will be considered dialecticly.
