【摘要】：針對(duì)汽車散熱器鋁合金管圓角處出現(xiàn)開裂的現(xiàn)象,從汽車散熱器管的開裂形式著手,結(jié)合鋁合金管的原帶材的材質(zhì)、焊管的力學(xué)性能及組織結(jié)構(gòu),分析了其組織脆化、缺口效應(yīng)與應(yīng)力集中三大因素對(duì)鋁合金管開裂的影響。探討了散熱器管的開裂原因。從原材料成分、成形與釬焊工藝等方面提出了防控散熱器鋁合金管開裂的辦法。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the phenomenon of cracking at the fillet of the aluminum alloy pipe of the automobile radiator, the material of the original strip of the aluminum alloy pipe, the mechanical property and the structure of the welded pipe are combined with the material of the original strip of the aluminum alloy pipe, the mechanical property and the structure of the welded pipe, The effect of notch effect and stress concentration on the cracking of aluminum alloy tube. The reason of the cracking of the radiator tube was discussed. The method of preventing and controlling the cracking of the aluminum alloy tube of the radiator is put forward from the aspects of raw material composition, forming and welding process.
