3歲兒童C4-C5頸椎有限元建模方法研究

【摘要】:使用縮放和非線性擬合的方法,獲得了3歲兒童頸部材料參數(shù);提出了一套兒童頸部韌帶的力學(xué)特性縮放方法;開發(fā)了具有精確幾何及解剖學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)的3歲兒童C4-C5頸椎段有限元模型,并在準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)、動態(tài)拉伸載荷下進行了驗證.結(jié)果顯示,準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)拉伸剛度為211.8N/mm,動態(tài)拉伸最終失效力為759.9N,最終失效位移為5.083mm,均與實驗值吻合良好;動態(tài)拉伸力-位移曲線與實驗曲線吻合較好.驗證結(jié)果表明,本模型能夠較準(zhǔn)確地反映3歲兒童C4-C5頸椎段的準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)和動態(tài)拉伸力學(xué)特性,具有較高的生物逼真度.
[Abstract]:Using scaling and nonlinear fitting methods, the neck material parameters of 3-year-old children were obtained, and a set of mechanical properties scaling method of children's neck ligaments was put forward. The finite element model of C4-C5 cervical vertebrae in 3-year-old children with accurate geometry and anatomical structure was developed and verified under quasi-static and dynamic tensile loads.
