直噴式發(fā)動機鋁合金活塞鑄造工藝的優(yōu)化

【摘要】:針對直噴式發(fā)動機鋁合金活塞鑄件,分析了直噴式發(fā)動機活塞鑄造工藝特點,以及實際生產(chǎn)中收縮缺陷形成原因,針對直噴式發(fā)動機活塞端面壁厚差較大的特點,提出了工藝與模具優(yōu)化的方案,通過模具結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,在保證模具壽命前提下,消除了上述收縮缺陷,實現(xiàn)了鑄件的高成品率。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the aluminum alloy piston castings of direct injection engine, the casting process characteristics of piston of direct injection engine and the causes of shrinkage defects in practical production are analyzed, and the wall thickness difference of piston end surface of direct injection engine is large. The scheme of process and die optimization is put forward. Through the optimization of die structure, the above shrinkage defects are eliminated and the high yield of castings is realized under the premise of ensuring die life.
