基于人體熱舒適性的汽車空調(diào)除霜性能研究

【摘要】:汽車空調(diào)對汽車行車安全和舒適性有重要影響,車載空調(diào)的除霜性能是汽車空調(diào)綜合性能評價(jià)中的一個(gè)重要組成部分,如何快速有效地除盡擋風(fēng)玻璃上的霜層,同時(shí)保證除霜系統(tǒng)工作時(shí)車內(nèi)相對舒適,是汽車空調(diào)設(shè)計(jì)中的一個(gè)重要課題。本文以某款輕型汽車空調(diào)系統(tǒng)為研究對象,考慮車內(nèi)駕乘人員的影響,建立了除霜分析模型;參照國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB 11555-2009,采用計(jì)算流體力學(xué)(CFD)方法,分析了空調(diào)系統(tǒng)在-18 C?環(huán)境下的除霜性能;通過實(shí)車空調(diào)除霜試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了CFD計(jì)算模型的有效性。采用單因素分析方法研究進(jìn)風(fēng)參數(shù)和結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對除霜性能的影響。在環(huán)境溫度為-3 C?時(shí)進(jìn)行除霜工況下的熱舒適性分析,考慮到汽車內(nèi)部熱環(huán)境的不穩(wěn)定性,使用當(dāng)量溫度指標(biāo)EQT評價(jià)駕駛員的熱舒適性,并研究進(jìn)風(fēng)參數(shù)和結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對熱舒適性的影響。最后對空調(diào)除霜系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,在優(yōu)選進(jìn)風(fēng)參數(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,采用近似模型和遺傳算法相結(jié)合的方法對結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。研究表明,仿真分析結(jié)果與除霜試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合較好,CFD分析的方法可以有效模擬車內(nèi)流場。進(jìn)風(fēng)量、進(jìn)風(fēng)溫度、中央出風(fēng)口位置和底部出風(fēng)口角度都會(huì)對除霜性能產(chǎn)生影響。進(jìn)風(fēng)量越大除霜越快,進(jìn)風(fēng)溫度越高除霜效果越好。中央出風(fēng)口距離擋風(fēng)玻璃底部太近或太遠(yuǎn)都會(huì)在視野區(qū)下方會(huì)出現(xiàn)除霜死角,使除霜速率變慢。底部出風(fēng)口角度越大,附近的霜層會(huì)越快融化,但出風(fēng)口角度太大也會(huì)在視野區(qū)下方出現(xiàn)除霜死角,導(dǎo)致除霜速率變慢。進(jìn)風(fēng)量和進(jìn)風(fēng)溫度增大都會(huì)導(dǎo)致人體溫度升高。不同的中央出風(fēng)口位置會(huì)導(dǎo)致駕駛員的當(dāng)量溫度評價(jià)結(jié)果略有偏差。底部出風(fēng)口角度對駕駛員大腿以上部位的影響較明顯。通過上述影響因素的綜合分析,采用近似模型和遺傳算法相結(jié)合的方法,對中央出風(fēng)口位置和底部出風(fēng)口角度進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,從而使空調(diào)系統(tǒng)具有良好的除霜性能和乘員熱舒適性。
