工藝管理系統(tǒng)在客車行業(yè)的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著中國經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展和高速公路里程不斷延伸、人員流動頻率加快和城市大力發(fā)展公交,這些利好消息都促進客車市場的迅猛發(fā)展,大中型客車從2005年到2015年的年平均增長率達到10.91%,市場需求旺盛也帶動了客車企業(yè)的擴張和管理完善。在客車行業(yè)取得巨大發(fā)展的同時,用戶對客車產(chǎn)品需求也日益?zhèn)性化,對客車質(zhì)量要求也日趨嚴格。在行業(yè)新需求的情況下,客車企業(yè)的傳統(tǒng)人工手段編制工藝文件的管理方式已經(jīng)不能滿足客車行業(yè)實際生產(chǎn)的需要,同時客車企業(yè)向數(shù)字化發(fā)展中也需要工藝管理將軟件化方面的發(fā)展,在提升工藝管理水平的基礎(chǔ)上,實現(xiàn)工藝與產(chǎn)品PDM、工藝與生產(chǎn)ERP的無縫對接。CAPP工藝管理系統(tǒng)在2010年客車企業(yè)的應(yīng)用還不是很多,本論文就是想通過對CAPP工藝管理系統(tǒng)的深入研究,結(jié)合客車企業(yè)目前發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和十二五規(guī)劃,打造出一套適用于客車行業(yè)的CAPP工藝管理系統(tǒng)軟件,本文以一汽客車公司為背景,詳細介紹工藝管理對CAPP軟件方面的需求及CAPP系統(tǒng)在工藝管理過程的應(yīng)用和改進。本論文研究的主要成果有以下三個方面:第一,本論文以提高客車工藝管理為出發(fā)點,提出了工藝管理軟件化需求,通過對國內(nèi)客車行業(yè)、三龍一通客車企業(yè)以及一汽客車企業(yè)本身的工藝管理現(xiàn)狀的分析,打造出一套適用于客車行業(yè)的CAPP工藝管理系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用軟件。第二,本論文通過CAPP系統(tǒng)核心包的研究,明確了客車企業(yè)工藝管理工作的具體架構(gòu)。第三,本論文通過生命周期、工作流管理模塊的實施,建立了客車公司過程管理的基礎(chǔ)平臺,以支持其它業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)的標準化過程管理,支持客車公司所有相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)人員方便、快速地查詢技術(shù)資料,提高客車公司工藝系統(tǒng)的整體工作效率。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous extension of highway mileage, the rapid movement of people and the vigorous development of public transport in cities, these good news have promoted the rapid development of the bus market. The average annual growth rate of large and medium-sized passenger cars from 2005 to 2015 has reached 10.91, and the exuberant market demand has also led to the expansion and management of bus enterprises. With the great development of bus industry, customers' demand for bus products is becoming more and more individualized, and the quality requirements of passenger cars are becoming more and more strict. Under the new demand of the industry, the management method of the traditional manual method to compile the craft document in the passenger car enterprise can no longer meet the demand of the actual production of the bus industry. At the same time, the development of the process management software is also needed in the development of the bus enterprise to the digitization. On the basis of improving the level of the process management, the PDM, of the process and product is realized. The application of CAPP process management system in bus enterprises in 2010 is not many. This paper is to study the CAPP process management system, combined with the current development situation of bus enterprises and the 12th Five-Year Plan. A set of CAPP process management system software is developed for bus industry. Based on FAW bus company, this paper introduces the demand of CAPP software for process management and the application and improvement of CAPP system in process management process. The main achievements of this paper are as follows: first, this paper takes the improvement of bus process management as the starting point, puts forward the requirement of process management software, through the domestic bus industry, Based on the analysis of the present situation of the process management of Sanlong Yitong bus enterprise and FAW bus enterprise, a set of application software of CAPP process management system suitable for bus industry is developed. Secondly, through the research of the core package of CAPP system, this paper clarifies the concrete frame of the process management of bus enterprise. Thirdly, through the implementation of the life cycle and workflow management module, the basic platform of process management of bus company is established to support the standardized process management of other business data and the convenience of all relevant business personnel of bus company. Inquire the technical data quickly, improve the overall working efficiency of the craft system of the bus company.
