汽車摩擦材料慣性縮比試驗(yàn)裝置與試驗(yàn)流程研究

【摘要】:為建立具有廣泛適用性的摩擦材料慣性縮比試驗(yàn)方法,對(duì)慣性縮比試驗(yàn)的試驗(yàn)裝置和試驗(yàn)流程進(jìn)行初步研究,給出慣性縮比試驗(yàn)裝置的基本特征以及可用于慣性縮比試驗(yàn)的摩擦盤和摩擦材料樣塊的具體參數(shù),提出速度和壓力縮比系數(shù)概念,并在臺(tái)架試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ISO-26867的基礎(chǔ)上提出一種適用于慣性縮比試驗(yàn)的建議試驗(yàn)流程。在符合上述基本特征的慣性縮比試驗(yàn)臺(tái)上進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,并與同批次摩擦片的臺(tái)架試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果表明,該試驗(yàn)裝置執(zhí)行建議縮比試驗(yàn)流程測(cè)得的結(jié)果與臺(tái)架試驗(yàn)可比性較好,證明了所提出試驗(yàn)裝置與試驗(yàn)流程的有效性,為摩擦材料慣性試驗(yàn)方法的建立提供了借鑒。
[Abstract]:In order to establish a widely applicable test method for inertial shrinkage ratio of friction materials, a preliminary study was carried out on the test equipment and flow chart of inertial shrinkage test. The basic characteristics of the inertial shrinkage test device and the specific parameters of the friction disc and the friction material sample block which can be used for the inertial shrinkage test are given, and the concepts of velocity and pressure shrinkage coefficient are put forward. Based on the bench test standard ISO-26867, a suggested test procedure for inertial shrinkage test is proposed. An experimental study was carried out on the inertial shrinkage ratio test rig which accords with the above basic characteristics and was compared with the bench test of the same batch friction sheet. The results show that the experimental results obtained from the experimental process are comparable to those of the bench test, which proves the validity of the proposed test equipment and the test process, and provides a reference for the establishment of inertia test method for friction materials.
