【摘要】：中國(guó)汽車(chē)連續(xù)七年產(chǎn)銷(xiāo)量蟬聯(lián)全球第一,已經(jīng)成為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)重要的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展離不開(kāi)在汽車(chē)試驗(yàn)場(chǎng)內(nèi)進(jìn)行的試驗(yàn)。在現(xiàn)有的條件下,如何運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代質(zhì)量管理知識(shí)和理論來(lái)規(guī)范汽車(chē)試驗(yàn)場(chǎng)的管理,提高員工工作質(zhì)量和提升客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度是一項(xiàng)具有現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義的重要課題。本文以YC汽車(chē)試驗(yàn)場(chǎng)為研究對(duì)象,分析研究了國(guó)內(nèi)外汽車(chē)試驗(yàn)場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀和質(zhì)量體系相關(guān)理論,通過(guò)對(duì)YC汽車(chē)試驗(yàn)場(chǎng)質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行梳理,對(duì)其質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,建立相關(guān)體系并實(shí)施。我國(guó)汽車(chē)試驗(yàn)場(chǎng)近十年來(lái)發(fā)展迅速,道路試驗(yàn)?zāi)芰︼@著提高,但與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比還有較大差距。質(zhì)量、質(zhì)量管理、質(zhì)量管理體系及ISO9000質(zhì)量管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等相關(guān)理論已經(jīng)研究較為透徹,可以切實(shí)的指導(dǎo)實(shí)際工作。對(duì)比質(zhì)量體系相關(guān)理論,發(fā)現(xiàn)YC汽車(chē)試驗(yàn)場(chǎng)在質(zhì)量方針、質(zhì)量目標(biāo)、質(zhì)量認(rèn)識(shí)、評(píng)價(jià)體系、日常管理等方面存在諸多問(wèn)題。體制因素、人員因素、決策和管理水平因素等是造成YC汽車(chē)試驗(yàn)場(chǎng)質(zhì)量管理問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的關(guān)鍵因素。以質(zhì)量體系八大原則為基礎(chǔ),成立質(zhì)量體系推進(jìn)小組,對(duì)全體員工進(jìn)行貫標(biāo)培訓(xùn),進(jìn)行質(zhì)量管理體系的策劃和制定,開(kāi)展質(zhì)量體系文件的編寫(xiě)工作;編寫(xiě)人員理解比較深刻,完成了質(zhì)量手冊(cè)、程序文件以及其他相關(guān)文件的編寫(xiě)工作,建立與YC汽車(chē)試驗(yàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際情況高度符合的質(zhì)量體系。為保證YC汽車(chē)試驗(yàn)場(chǎng)質(zhì)量管理體系的順利實(shí)施,加強(qiáng)了員工培訓(xùn)和教育,取得了良好的效果;開(kāi)展了ISO9001質(zhì)量管理體系的認(rèn)證工作,并順利通過(guò)。通過(guò)組織內(nèi)部評(píng)審、管理評(píng)審、滿(mǎn)意度調(diào)查等工作來(lái)落實(shí)質(zhì)量監(jiān)督和檢查,為質(zhì)量管理體系有效運(yùn)行奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:China's automobile production and sales have become the first in the world for seven consecutive years, which has become an important pillar industry of the national economy. The rapid development of the automobile industry can not be separated from the test carried out in the automobile test site. Under the existing conditions, how to use modern quality management knowledge and theory to standardize the management of automobile test ground, improve the quality of employees and enhance customer satisfaction is an important task with practical significance. This paper takes the YC test ground as the research object, analyzes and studies the domestic and foreign automobile test ground present situation and the quality system correlation theory, through carries on the combing to the YC automobile test ground quality management present situation, carries on the analysis to its quality management present situation. Establish relevant system and implement it. In recent ten years, China's automobile test field has developed rapidly and the road test ability has been improved significantly, but there is still a big gap compared with the developed countries. The theory of quality, quality management system and ISO9000 quality management standard has been studied thoroughly and can guide practical work. Comparing with the relevant theory of quality system, it is found that there are many problems in the quality policy, quality goal, quality cognition, evaluation system, daily management and so on. The system factor, personnel factor, decision making and management level factor are the key factors that cause the quality management problem of YC test ground. On the basis of the eight principles of quality system, set up a quality system promotion group, carry out standard training for all staff, plan and formulate quality management system, and compile quality system documents. The writer understood the quality manual, program document and other related documents, and set up the quality system which is highly consistent with the actual situation of YC test ground. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the quality management system of the YC automobile test ground, the training and education of the staff have been strengthened, and good results have been obtained, and the certification of the ISO9001 quality management system has been carried out and passed smoothly. Through the organization of internal review, management review, satisfaction investigation and other work to implement quality supervision and inspection, for the effective operation of quality management system laid a good foundation.
