汽車轉(zhuǎn)向開關(guān)性能評價新方法的研究

【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代科技和汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,汽車轉(zhuǎn)向開關(guān)的操作性能的日益豐富,轉(zhuǎn)向開關(guān)的設計也越來越不規(guī)則,而且大量新的產(chǎn)品設計必將繼續(xù)涌現(xiàn),可靠的科學的自動檢測評價技術(shù)將成為檢測汽車轉(zhuǎn)向開關(guān)性能的必要手段。本文通過分析汽車轉(zhuǎn)向開關(guān)傳統(tǒng)的主觀評價方法和篩選構(gòu)建客觀評價方法的必要參數(shù),建立客觀評價參數(shù)和主觀評價結(jié)果的映射關(guān)系,從而提出一種全新的轉(zhuǎn)向開關(guān)性能的客觀評價方法。為了有效地構(gòu)建客觀評價方法,本文首先利用多元統(tǒng)計中的因子分析法對傳統(tǒng)手感評價轉(zhuǎn)向開關(guān)性能的10項主觀評價因素進行分析,獲得3個影響主觀評價結(jié)果的因素:力感、摩擦感和行程感。然后通過對汽車轉(zhuǎn)向開關(guān)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)和換擋過程進行分析,對應影響主觀評價結(jié)果的因素,確定了轉(zhuǎn)向開關(guān)的5個客觀評價參數(shù):換擋力Fm,拐點力Fc,上升時間t1,臨界過程時間t2和再加力過程時間t3。在構(gòu)建轉(zhuǎn)向開關(guān)主觀評價結(jié)果與客觀評價參數(shù)映射關(guān)系的過程中,本文以長春一汽技術(shù)中心電氣實驗室測試試驗臺測得的100組轉(zhuǎn)向開關(guān)評價參數(shù)為實驗數(shù)據(jù),建立基于Bayes判別法的客觀評價方法。其中70組作為訓練樣本,建立判別準則,并驗證判別準則的正確率,另外30組作為測試樣本,進一步測試判別準則的準確性與可靠性。設置距離判別法、Fisher判別法和逐步判別法的對比實驗,驗證基于Bayes判別法的轉(zhuǎn)向開關(guān)客觀評價方法具有的優(yōu)越性。綜合分析各判別準則判斷的判別結(jié)果,其中Bayes判別法建立的判別規(guī)則以訓練樣本和測試樣本的正確率均為100.0%,絕對正確率分別為82.9%和86.7%,表現(xiàn)出更優(yōu)的評價性能,證明了基于Bayes判別法的轉(zhuǎn)向開關(guān)客觀評價方法具有較高優(yōu)越性。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern science and technology and automobile industry, the operating performance of automobile steering switch is becoming more and more abundant, the design of steering switch is becoming more and more irregular, and a large number of new product designs will continue to emerge. Reliable and scientific automatic detection and evaluation technology will become a necessary means to detect the performance of automobile steering switches. By analyzing the traditional subjective evaluation method of automobile steering switch and screening the necessary parameters to construct the objective evaluation method, the mapping relationship between objective evaluation parameters and subjective evaluation results is established in this paper. Thus, a new objective evaluation method of steering switch performance is proposed. In order to construct an objective evaluation method effectively, this paper first uses the factor analysis method in the multivariate statistics to analyze 10 subjective evaluation factors of the traditional hand feeling evaluation of steering switch performance, and obtains three factors that influence the subjective evaluation results: force sense. Sense of friction and travel. Then through the analysis of the internal structure and shift process of the automobile steering switch, corresponding to the factors influencing the subjective evaluation result, five objective evaluation parameters of the steering switch are determined: the shift force Fm, inflection point force Fc, rising time t 1, The critical process time t _ 2 and the reloading process time t _ 3. In the process of constructing the mapping relationship between subjective evaluation results and objective evaluation parameters of steering switches, 100 sets of evaluation parameters of steering switches measured by the electrical laboratory test bench of Changchun FAW Technology Center are taken as experimental data. An objective evaluation method based on Bayes discriminant method was established. The accuracy and reliability of the discriminant criteria were further tested in 70 groups as training samples and 30 groups as test samples. The comparison experiment of setting distance discriminant method, Fisher discriminant method and stepwise discriminant method verifies the superiority of the objective evaluation method based on Bayes discriminant method for steering switch. By synthetically analyzing the discriminant results of each discriminant criterion, the discriminant rules established by Bayes discriminant method are 100.0% for training sample and 86.7% for test sample, and the absolute correct rate is 82.9% and 86.7%, respectively. It is proved that the objective evaluation method of steering switch based on Bayes discriminant method has higher superiority.
