轉向節(jié)襯套壓裝推孔雙工位機床控制系統(tǒng)的設計

【摘要】:分析了汽車前橋轉向節(jié)襯套壓裝推孔生產(chǎn)方式,結合加工流程,設計了基于三菱PLC的自動轉向節(jié)襯套壓裝推孔雙工位機床控制系統(tǒng)。對電氣控制系統(tǒng)和PLC軟件流程進行分析,實踐結果證明雙工位機床運行效率高,安全可靠。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the mode of production of pressure-pressing push hole for steering joint bushing of front axle of automobile, and designs the control system of double-station machine tool based on Mitsubishi PLC for pressure and push hole of automatic steering knuckle bushing. The electrical control system and PLC software flow are analyzed. The practical results show that the double-station machine tool is safe and reliable.
