基于ADAMS的主動(dòng)齒輪軸承安裝距的振動(dòng)性能研究

【摘要】:以某微車(chē)后橋主減速器主、被動(dòng)齒軸承安裝距引起后橋振動(dòng)為研究對(duì)象,為了優(yōu)化主、被動(dòng)齒軸承安裝距對(duì)振動(dòng)噪聲的影響和提高主、被動(dòng)齒軸承使用壽命。通過(guò)三維建模和ADAMS動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真,將不同安裝距在不同轉(zhuǎn)速下分別進(jìn)行仿真分析,得到最佳安裝距,并通過(guò)試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了在該安裝距下,主減速器減振降噪得到很大的改善,而且軸承壽命也得到很大的提高,同時(shí)也為該微車(chē)主減速器的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和減振降噪提供方法指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:The vibration of the rear axle caused by the installation distance of the main reducer of the rear axle of a micro vehicle was studied. In order to optimize the vibration noise of the bearing the influence of the installation distance of the passive tooth bearing on the vibration noise and the service life of the active and passive tooth bearing were improved. Through 3D modeling and ADAMS dynamic simulation, the different installation distance is simulated and analyzed separately at different rotational speeds, and the optimum installation distance is obtained, and the test results show that the main reducer vibration and noise reduction is greatly improved under the installation distance. The bearing life is also greatly improved, and it also provides guidance for the structural design and vibration reduction and noise reduction of the micro-vehicle reducer.
