氣壓式EPB用電磁閥的仿真與動(dòng)態(tài)特性研究

【摘要】:氣壓式EPB(電子駐車制動(dòng))系統(tǒng)電磁閥的響應(yīng)速度直接影響系統(tǒng)的性能。通過建立氣壓式EPB用電磁閥機(jī)械系統(tǒng)、電系統(tǒng)和磁系統(tǒng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,運(yùn)用Matlab/Simulink對電磁閥進(jìn)行仿真研究,得出影響電磁閥工作性能的主要因素和動(dòng)態(tài)特性,從結(jié)構(gòu)角度提出優(yōu)化電磁閥性能的思路。
[Abstract]:The response speed of solenoid valve in pneumatic EPB (electronic parking brake) system directly affects the performance of the system. By establishing the mathematical models of mechanical system, electric system and magnetic system for pneumatic EPB solenoid valve, and using Matlab/Simulink to simulate the solenoid valve, the main factors and dynamic characteristics affecting the working performance of solenoid valve are obtained. From the point of view of structure, the idea of optimizing the performance of solenoid valve is put forward.
