液壓容積調(diào)節(jié)式全可變配氣系統(tǒng)氣門動(dòng)力學(xué)特性研究
[Abstract]:As an important technical means to achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction of automobile, variable valve technology can control the opening and closing time of intake valve and exhaust valve in real time according to the requirements of intake and exhaust time of engine under different working conditions. Opening duration angle and valve opening. A new type of hydraulic volumetric variable valve distribution system is proposed in this paper. The dynamic characteristics of the intake valve of the system are analyzed and studied in this paper. Firstly, applying the principle of kinematic elastodynamics, the mathematical model of single mass and multiple mass of hydraulic volumetric variable valve system is constructed. Based on this model, the simulation model of intake valve single valve system is constructed by using Excite TD. The dynamic characteristics of intake valve under different crankshaft rotation speeds were studied when the phase of valve was adjusted and the valve lift was adjusted. The experimental data are compared with the simulation results to verify the correctness of the dynamic simulation model. At the same time, the improvement measures of the gas distribution system are put forward. Secondly, based on the transient dynamic analysis method, the finite element model of the valve-valve seat of the hydraulic volumetric variable valve system is built by using ABAQUS. The stress of inlet valve and valve seat ring under the impact of maximum seating velocity is analyzed, and the influence of the variation of seat velocity and sitting time on the stress magnitude and distribution of inlet valve and valve seat ring is studied.
