【摘要】：研究與制定了尿素噴射控制單元(DCU)的控制策略,包括尿素噴射控制策略和OBD診斷策略。搭建了SCR系統(tǒng)的半實(shí)物仿真平臺(tái),自主開(kāi)發(fā)了CAN總線(xiàn)仿真軟件,包括CAN初始化設(shè)置、CAN網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境創(chuàng)建、數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送及接收模塊、用于擴(kuò)展的信息解析模塊等�；贑AN總線(xiàn)仿真軟件對(duì)DCU的尿素噴射控制及OBD功能進(jìn)行半實(shí)物仿真分析,結(jié)果表明,本文尿素噴射控制程序及OBD模塊程序設(shè)計(jì)正確。
[Abstract]:The control strategy of urea injection control unit (DCU), including urea injection control strategy and OBD diagnosis strategy, was studied and formulated. The hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform of SCR system is built, and CAN bus simulation software is developed, including CAN initialization setting, can network environment creation, data sending and receiving module, extended information analysis module and so on. Based on CAN bus simulation software, the in-the-loop simulation analysis of urea spray control and OBD function of DCU is carried out. The results show that the design of urea spray control program and OBD module program in this paper is correct.
