R134a汽車空調(diào)回?zé)嵯到y(tǒng)熱力性能參數(shù)的優(yōu)化分析

【摘要】:理論上在R134a汽車空調(diào)系統(tǒng)中使用回?zé)峁芸娠@著提升制冷性能,但有實(shí)驗(yàn)研究表明回?zé)峁艿氖褂脤ο到y(tǒng)產(chǎn)生了不利影響,抵消了收益,使得制冷性能提升不明顯且存在一定安全性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。本文使用空調(diào)系統(tǒng)綜合性能實(shí)驗(yàn)臺對不同長度回?zé)峁苓M(jìn)行對比實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,得到了系統(tǒng)不利影響與管長的關(guān)系。此外,本文通過膨脹閥調(diào)節(jié)實(shí)驗(yàn)、冷凝風(fēng)量控制實(shí)驗(yàn)和油量控制實(shí)驗(yàn),得到對該不利影響的規(guī)避方法,為回?zé)嵯到y(tǒng)匹配調(diào)節(jié)提供了一定的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In theory, the use of regenerative tubes in R134a automobile air conditioning system can significantly improve the refrigeration performance. However, some experimental studies show that the use of regenerative pipes has a negative impact on the system and offsets the benefits. The improvement of refrigeration performance is not obvious and there are some safety risks. In this paper, a comparative experimental study on different length regenerative tubes is carried out by using a comprehensive performance test bench of air conditioning system, and the relationship between the adverse effect of the system and the length of the tube is obtained. In addition, through the expansion valve regulation experiment, the condensing air volume control experiment and the oil quantity control experiment, the method to avoid the adverse effect is obtained, which provides a certain theoretical basis for the matching adjustment of the regenerative system.
