重載車輛液力機(jī)械變速器試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:重載車輛具有發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)功率大、行駛條件惡劣、載荷沖擊大等特點(diǎn),這對(duì)作為車輛傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)重要部件的變速器提出了更高的要求。液力機(jī)械變速器具有傳遞扭矩大、過(guò)載能力強(qiáng)、載荷適應(yīng)能力強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn),特別適合在重載車輛上使用。目前,國(guó)外液力機(jī)械變速器技術(shù)已經(jīng)發(fā)展成熟,我國(guó)尚處于起步階段,特別是在大功率、多檔位液力機(jī)械變速器方面,我國(guó)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)薄弱,不能實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)化。對(duì)重載車輛液力機(jī)械變速器試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)的研究,可以促進(jìn)我國(guó)重載車輛液力機(jī)械變速器的研究和開(kāi)發(fā)。本文在現(xiàn)有研究的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合某單位“大功率動(dòng)力傳動(dòng)裝置綜合性能試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)”的科研項(xiàng)目,以系統(tǒng)中液力機(jī)械變速器為對(duì)象,對(duì)其試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)進(jìn)行深入探索,具體內(nèi)容如下:(1)以9檔手動(dòng)液力機(jī)械變速器為對(duì)象,對(duì)液力機(jī)械變速器結(jié)構(gòu)及原理進(jìn)行介紹。分析了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)和液力機(jī)械變速器特性,得出了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)和液力機(jī)械變速器聯(lián)合工作特性曲線。建立了液力機(jī)械變速器試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)Simulink模型,對(duì)液力機(jī)械變速器的工作過(guò)程及性能進(jìn)行了仿真。(2)根據(jù)試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)需求,在分析比較了幾種變速器試驗(yàn)臺(tái)形式的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了共直流母線電力封閉式試驗(yàn)臺(tái)作為試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)形式。對(duì)試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)總體方案進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)系統(tǒng)主要組成部分進(jìn)行了介紹。最后,對(duì)電機(jī)控制方法以及通訊方法等系統(tǒng)搭建關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究。(3)介紹了重載車輛液力機(jī)械變速器試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程,包括驅(qū)動(dòng)加載系統(tǒng)、PLC監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)以及控制系統(tǒng)。最后,根據(jù)試驗(yàn)過(guò)程曲線對(duì)試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)性能進(jìn)行了分析,證明了該試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)方案能夠滿足使用要求。
[Abstract]:Heavy duty vehicles have the characteristics of high engine power, bad driving conditions and high load impact, which puts forward higher requirements for transmission as an important part of vehicle transmission system. Hydraulic mechanical transmission has the characteristics of high torque transmission, strong overload capacity and strong load adaptability. It is especially suitable for heavy duty vehicles. At present, foreign hydraulic mechanical transmission technology has been developed and mature, China is still in the initial stage, especially in the high-power, multi-gear hydraulic mechanical transmission, China's key technology foundation is weak, can not realize industrialization. The research on the test system of heavy duty vehicle hydraulic mechanical transmission can promote the research and development of heavy duty vehicle hydraulic mechanical transmission in China. On the basis of the existing research, combined with the scientific research project of "Comprehensive performance Test system of High Power Power Transmission", this paper takes the hydraulic mechanical transmission in the system as the object, and makes a deep exploration on the development of the test system. The main contents are as follows: (1) the structure and principle of 9-speed manual hydraulic mechanical transmission are introduced. The characteristics of engine and hydraulic mechanical transmission are analyzed, and the joint working characteristic curve of engine and hydraulic mechanical transmission is obtained. The Simulink model of hydraulic mechanical transmission test system is established, and the working process and performance of hydraulic mechanical transmission are simulated. (2) according to the requirements of the test system, several types of transmission test bench are analyzed and compared. A common DC bus power closed test rig is proposed as the test system. The overall scheme of the test system is designed and the main components of the system are introduced. Finally, the key technologies of motor control and communication are studied. (3) the realization process of hydraulic mechanical transmission test system for heavy-duty vehicles is introduced, including the driving and loading system and PLC monitoring system. Data acquisition system and control system. Finally, the performance of the test system is analyzed according to the test process curve, and it is proved that the scheme of the test system can meet the requirements of application.
