【摘要】：隨著中國汽車工業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,市場競爭的日益激烈,汽車零配件廠每年面臨主機廠傳遞的年降壓力,汽車零配件企業(yè)己經(jīng)進入了微利時代,為了生存和發(fā)展,提高競爭力,迫切需要推進生產(chǎn)管理信息平臺建設(shè)從而加強生產(chǎn)全過程的管控。本文嘗試將項目管理理論和方法應(yīng)用到常州汽車零部件公司生管理平臺項目中去,探索如何提高汽車零部件廠生產(chǎn)管理平臺建設(shè)的成功率,從而提高企業(yè)的競爭力及經(jīng)濟效益。本文以現(xiàn)代項目管理之項目生命周期及管理過程理論為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合信息系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建的特點和企業(yè)的實際情況,以常州汽車零部件公司生產(chǎn)管理信息平臺建設(shè)項目為研究對象。首先,從常州汽車零部件公司基本概況出發(fā),分析了項目現(xiàn)狀及實施項目意義,并進行項目立項,分析生產(chǎn)管理信息平臺的需求,明確項目目標(biāo),詳細描述了生產(chǎn)管理信息平臺系統(tǒng)設(shè)計。其次,從常州汽車零部件公司生產(chǎn)管理信息平臺建設(shè)項目的特點出發(fā),運用項目管理的理論,深入研究其生產(chǎn)管理平臺建設(shè)項目實施中的問題,對公司生產(chǎn)管理信息系統(tǒng)項目的范圍進行了描述及工作任務(wù)分解,制定了詳細的項目管理計劃與控制：包括項目進度計劃與控制、質(zhì)量計劃與控制、風(fēng)險計劃與控制等內(nèi)容；最后,對案例的實施效果進行評估和總結(jié),剖析生產(chǎn)管理平臺建設(shè)項目成功的關(guān)鍵及保證后續(xù)有序運行的有效措施。通過常州汽車零部件公司生產(chǎn)管理信息平臺建設(shè)項目的實施,證明運用項目管理思想、方法和工具可以對項目的進度、質(zhì)量和風(fēng)險等能有效的控制,提高項目的實施效率與效果,讓投資能夠如期產(chǎn)生預(yù)期的收益。也希望這些方法和措施能為以后常州汽車零部件公司實施的訂單項目成本管理提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's automobile industry and the increasingly fierce market competition, the auto parts factory is faced with the annual drop pressure from the main engine factory every year. Auto parts enterprises have entered the era of little profit, in order to survive and develop, to improve their competitiveness. It is urgent to promote the construction of production management information platform so as to strengthen the management and control of the whole production process. This paper attempts to apply the theory and method of project management to the project of Changzhou auto parts company's health management platform, and explores how to improve the success rate of the construction of production management platform of automobile parts factory, so as to improve the competitiveness and economic benefit of the enterprise. Based on the theory of project life cycle and management process of modern project management, combined with the characteristics of information system construction and the actual situation of enterprises, this paper takes the construction project of production management information platform of Changzhou Automobile parts Company as the research object. First of all, based on the general situation of Changzhou Automotive parts Company, this paper analyzes the status quo of the project and the significance of the implementation of the project, and carries out the project establishment, analyzes the needs of the production management information platform, and clarifies the project objectives. The system design of production management information platform is described in detail. Secondly, based on the characteristics of the production management information platform construction project of Changzhou Automobile parts Company, using the theory of project management, the problems in the implementation of the production management platform construction project are studied in depth. The scope of the company's production management information system project is described and the work tasks are decomposed. The detailed project management plan and control are worked out, including project schedule and control, quality planning and control, risk planning and control and so on. Finally, the implementation effect of the case is evaluated and summarized, the key to the success of the construction project of the production management platform is analyzed, and the effective measures to ensure the following orderly operation are analyzed. Through the implementation of the production management information platform construction project of Changzhou Automobile parts Company, it is proved that the project management ideas, methods and tools can be used to effectively control the progress, quality and risk of the project. Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation of the project, so that the investment can produce expected returns on time. It is also hoped that these methods and measures can be used for reference in the order project cost management of Changzhou Automotive parts Company.
