駕駛室用異型型材冷彎成型設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:冷彎型鋼作為一種截面合理、力學(xué)性能良好、鋼材利用率高的環(huán)保型材料在汽車工業(yè)中具有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。但是,受技術(shù)、工藝、設(shè)備等方面的制約,相關(guān)企業(yè)在復(fù)雜斷面的冷彎型鋼產(chǎn)品研發(fā)過(guò)程中,存在開(kāi)發(fā)周期長(zhǎng),投入高,而且試錯(cuò)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)大等困難。本文針對(duì)工程車駕駛室用冷彎材料的設(shè)計(jì)、開(kāi)發(fā)、生產(chǎn)過(guò)程進(jìn)行研究,以冷彎成型原理為基礎(chǔ),參照相關(guān)行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),利用ABAQUS有限元軟件對(duì)成型角度進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),最終設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)際驗(yàn)證了孔型、軋輥系統(tǒng),確保了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,對(duì)汽車行業(yè)異型材的開(kāi)發(fā)生產(chǎn)具有重要意義。系統(tǒng)地剖析了冷彎型鋼成型原理,確定了成型時(shí)平緩過(guò)渡區(qū)長(zhǎng)度、最小彎曲半徑的計(jì)算方法,分析了冷彎成型過(guò)程中板帶的成型規(guī)律與變形性能,以減少工藝和孔型設(shè)計(jì)的盲目性。研究了冷彎成型工藝,對(duì)變形區(qū)長(zhǎng)度、機(jī)架間距和數(shù)量、成型輥軸徑和底徑、成型底線、成型速度等工藝要素做了定量分析;并且提出了孔型設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)、步驟,成型方法及原則。針對(duì)工程車輛駕駛室用異型材,利用冷彎成型工藝,結(jié)合公司現(xiàn)有設(shè)備情況,利用ABAQUS軟件完成了成型角度優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),完成了產(chǎn)品輥花圖,并按照架次進(jìn)行了展開(kāi)。最終完成了工程車輛駕駛室用異型材的軋輥孔型及軋輥設(shè)計(jì),進(jìn)行了產(chǎn)品試制,得到了合格產(chǎn)品。結(jié)果表明此次開(kāi)發(fā)的工藝及軋輥系統(tǒng),完全滿足了駕駛室冷彎型鋼的生產(chǎn)需要。
[Abstract]:As a kind of environmental protection material with reasonable section, good mechanical properties and high steel utilization ratio, cold-formed steel has a wide application prospect in automobile industry. However, due to the constraints of technology, equipment and so on, there are some difficulties in the research and development of cold-formed steel products with complex section, such as long development cycle, high investment, and high risk of trial and error. In this paper, the design, development and production process of the cold-formed material used in the cab of engineering vehicle are studied. Based on the principle of cold-formed forming and referring to the relevant industry experience, the forming angle is optimized by using ABAQUS finite element software. Finally, the pass and roll system is designed and verified, which ensures the quality of the product and is of great significance to the development and production of profiled materials in automobile industry. The forming principle of cold-formed steel is analyzed systematically, and the calculation method of the length of flat transition zone and the minimum bending radius during forming is determined, and the forming law and deformation performance of strip in cold forming process are analyzed. To reduce the blindness of process and pass design. In this paper, the forming process of cold forming is studied. The process factors, such as the length of deformation zone, the distance and quantity of stand, the diameter and bottom diameter of forming roller, the bottom line of forming, the forming speed and so on, are quantitatively analyzed, and the foundation and step of pass design are put forward. Molding methods and principles. According to the profile of the cab of the construction vehicle, by using the cold forming technology and the existing equipment of the company, the optimum design of the forming angle was completed by using ABAQUS software, the product roll pattern was completed, and the roll pattern was carried out according to the number of sorties. Finally, the roll pass and roll design of the profile material used in the cab of the construction vehicle are finished, and the product trial production is carried out, and the qualified product is obtained. The results show that the developed technology and roll system fully meet the needs of the cab cold bending steel production.
