【摘要】：為了研究具有自導(dǎo)向功能的膠輪有軌電車在國內(nèi)外的應(yīng)用和發(fā)展情況,以具有代表性的法國Translohr膠輪導(dǎo)軌電車、重慶跨座式單軌、日本千葉市SAFEGE型懸掛式單軌車輛、法國膠輪地鐵MP等為例,分析了車輛技術(shù)特點、走行部及相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀.目前對自導(dǎo)向膠輪電車的研究主要集中在導(dǎo)向機(jī)理、動力學(xué)性能及導(dǎo)向結(jié)構(gòu)創(chuàng)新上.與傳統(tǒng)電車相比,自導(dǎo)向膠輪電車使用膠輪可大幅降低噪聲,爬坡能力提高約50%,縮小曲線半徑且占地空間小,可以節(jié)約城市用地和適應(yīng)不同的城市地形,屬于中等運量的交通工具.其研究和應(yīng)用在我國尚處于起步階段,進(jìn)一步研究應(yīng)集中在輪胎減輕磨耗、可靠高效的導(dǎo)向機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計及相關(guān)設(shè)計使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定上.重慶跨座式單軌及上海張江Transport電車運行經(jīng)驗表明,實現(xiàn)車輛系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵零部件及控制系統(tǒng)的國產(chǎn)化是我國膠輪自導(dǎo)向電車能夠得到持續(xù)發(fā)展的前提條件.
[Abstract]:In order to study the application and development of rubber wheel tram with self-guiding function at home and abroad, the representative French Translohr rubber wheel guide car, Chongqing straddle monorail, SAFEGE suspension monorail vehicle of Chiba City, Japan, were used. The paper analyzes the technical characteristics of the vehicle, the running part and the related research status. At present, the research on the self-steering rubber trolley car is mainly focused on the guidance mechanism, dynamic performance and the innovation of the steering structure. Compared with the traditional tram, using the rubber wheel can greatly reduce the noise, increase the climbing ability by about 50%, reduce the radius of curve and occupy less space, so it can save urban land and adapt to different urban topography. A medium volume of transport. Its research and application in China is still in its initial stage. Further research should focus on tire wear reduction, reliable and efficient design of guiding mechanism and related design and use standards. The operation experience of Chongqing straddle monorail and Shanghai Zhangjiang Transport tramcar shows that the localization of the key parts and control system of the vehicle system is the precondition for the sustainable development of the rubber wheel self-directed trolley car in China.
